如图1所示，传统的模具开模过后要脱产品，都是用注塑机后面的顶出杆4顶动脱模板脱模，大的模具需要很大的力才能顶出，也不是很平稳，这样下来产品有时候会变形，也浪费时间。
发明内容
针对传统笔模装置的缺点，本实用新型提供一种新型的笔模免顶出自动脱产品装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所采取的措施：
笔模免顶出自动脱产品装置，包括静模板和脱模板，静模板和脱模板之间设置有脱模拉杆；

如图2所示，一种笔模免顶出自动脱产品装置，包括静模板1和脱模板3，静模板1和脱模板3之间设置有脱模拉杆2，脱模拉杆2可以固定或活动设置在静模板1和脱模板3之间，一般的情况下脱模拉杆2两端与静模板1和脱模板3活动连接，安装和维修都很方便。
