Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种台灯触摸开关的结构,其特征在于它包括一本体,其内部安装触摸开关的感应设备和相应控制电路;以及一面板,贴合于所述本体上方,紧靠所述感应设备;而且在所述感应设备对应位置具有一凹槽。该结构的触摸开关,其面板对应感应设备的位置具有一凹槽,使得可以仅仅用触摸就能确定有效操作位置,方便在无光的情况下夜间控制台灯。

技术领域
本实用新型设计一种台灯触摸开关的结构。
背景技术
台灯在实际应用中,常常需要在黑暗中摸索才可以找到台灯的开关。传统方式的开关具有独特的外形或者构造,以至于安装在台灯上可以很好地触及,即使看不清楚,也能够准确地定位及操作。目前,越来越多的台灯采用了更加安全可靠的触摸控制方式,即没有机械结构的开关作为控制器件,取而代之的是能够感应人体或其他物件触摸的感应设备和相关控制设备,从而可以具有无电弧、无机械碰撞、无噪音等优点。并且不需要独特的形状,因此可以使操作面板变得很简洁,甚至是平整无痕。
然而在实际应用中,平整无痕的操作面板固然对美观有特别的贡献,但却很难在肉眼不可见时,准确触及有效控制部位,特别是在夜晚无光时,用手盲目摸索控制触摸面板,是一件比较困难的事。
如此就有一种需求,在不舍弃触摸开关带来的美观和便捷等优点时,仍然具有像传统开关一样,容易触摸辨识,准确操作的特点。

针对触摸控制的台灯需要触摸辨识的问题,本实用新型公开了一种台灯触摸开关的结构,其技术方案如下:
一种台灯触摸开关的结构,其特征在于:它包括:
一本体,其内部安装触摸开关的感应设备和相应控制电路;以及
一面板,贴合于所述本体上方,紧靠所述感应设备;而且在所述感应设备对应位置具有一凹槽。
作为本技术方案的优选者,可以作如下改进:
一较佳实施例的所述凹槽为一长条形浅坑,该浅坑两端为圆弧状;该凹槽的横截面形状为与手指尖契合形。
一较佳实施例的所述凹槽下部具有指示灯。
一较佳实施例的所述感应设备为电容式触摸感应设备。
一较佳实施例的所述感应设备为电阻式触摸感应设备。
一较佳实施例的所述感应设备为人体感应设备。
本实用新型带来的有益效果是:
1.面板对应感应设备的位置具有一凹槽,使得可以仅仅用触摸就能确定有效操作位置,方便在无光的情况下夜间控制台灯。
2.凹槽的形状具有人体工程设计的特点,既不破坏整体灯具美感,又有较舒适的触感。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,实施例概要图,本体1上面覆盖一层面板2,该面板2靠经触摸感应设备的位置具有一个凹槽3。这个概要图即是一个台灯的本体。
图2是实施例俯视图;可见凹槽3为长条形,其两端具有弧状的形态。
如图3,图2实施例A-A部分剖视图;图中展示了各部件的细节。本体1上平整覆盖了面板2,其中本体1内部的感应设备12紧贴面板2,同时,凹槽3的位置在感应设备12的正上方,其横截面为指尖触摸处的形状;感应设备12下方本体空间内是相应的控制电路11。
这样结构的触摸开关,一方面可以很容易地通过手指找到有效控制点,另一方面又不会有破坏整体美感的部件出现。方便使用,人性化。实际应用中,本体1的位置可以是台灯底座,也可以是台灯其他部位,因为各种台灯的控制部件其位置都不一样。

1.一种台灯触摸开关的结构,其特征在于:它包括:
一本体,其内部安装触摸开关的感应设备和相应控制电路;以及
一面板,贴合于所述本体上方,紧靠所述感应设备;而且在所述感应设备对应位置具有一凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述一种台灯触摸开关的结构,其特征在于:所述凹槽为一长条形浅坑,该浅坑两端为圆弧状;该凹槽的横截面形状为与手指尖契合形。
3.如权利要求2所述一种台灯触摸开关的结构,其特征在于:所述凹槽下部具有指示灯。
4.如权利要求1或2所述一种台灯触摸开关的结构,其特征在于:所述感应设备为电容式触摸感应设备。
5.如权利要求1或2所述一种台灯触摸开关的结构,其特征在于:所述感应设备为电阻式触摸感应设备。
6.如权利要求1或2所述一种台灯触摸开关的结构,其特征在于:所述感应设备为人体感应设备。
