本实用新型涉及一种将锂离子电池新能源与光伏发电互补的节能广告牌。太阳光照射安装在节能广告牌上方的、可调倾斜角度的电池支撑柱上端的太阳能电池,产生直流电,直流电通过控制器调整后、接着通过逆变器转换成交流电,交流电经过光敏自动调控开关输入节能广告牌前上方的LED照明灯和节能广告牌表面上的发光字画广告发出亮光,进行照明、宣传发光字画广告的内容。安装在节能广告牌底座上的节能广告牌的内部安装有锂离子电池,锂离子电池从外接电源输入电力,并通过导电线和光敏自动调控开关向LED照明灯和发光字画广告供电。锂离子电池新能源和光伏发电在光敏自动调控开关控制下互补供电,能确保节能广告牌的照明亮度,使人们看清广告内容。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种将锂离子电池新能源与光伏发电互补的节能广告牌,属于新能源应用技术领域。 
背景技术
目前,户外广告牌的照明全部依靠供电网来供电,目前、供电网中输送的电力主要来自燃烧煤炭发电,向空气中排放大量的二氧化碳。空气中二氧化碳含量的增加已经引起地球上的气候变化和旱涝灾害,严重影响了人类社会的可持续发展。最近,中国和美国发布的气候政策均表明将减排17%这一共同目标,这也就是说到2020年,碳排放强度将要降低40%。在太阳能发电的过程中,不排放二氧化碳,而且太阳能光伏产业平均每年的成本下降约为7%,太阳能电池的生产效率不断提高,户外广告牌从早到晚曝晒在阳光的强烈照射下,单纯依靠外接供电线从远距离的供电网上来外接电源、供应电力,是不能减少二氧化碳的排放的;同时,原先的户外广告牌上的照明灯全部采用耗电量大的白炽灯和日光灯,这也是不符合节能减排的要求的。 
2010年上海世界博览会是绿色的博览会,在5.28平方公里面积内,由常规供电网供电,安装了10.3亿枚LED芯片;上海世博会上最大的LED广告屏幕的面积达到4000平方米,安装有数万只节能的LED照明灯,能将黄浦江的江面和两岸照耀的十分明亮和多彩。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处。一方面,利用太阳能光伏发电来向户外广告牌提供一部分甚至全部的需用电力,用绿色能源逐步取代排放大量二氧化碳的化石能源;另一方面,用节能70-80%的LED照明灯、磁能灯等节能灯具来取代耗电量大的白炽灯和日光灯。从而达到大量减少二氧化碳排放,充分利用清洁能源的目的。 
本实用新型的主要解决方案是这样实现的: 
太阳光照射安装在节能广告牌1上方的、可调倾斜角度的电池支撑柱6的上端的太阳能电池5、产生直流电,直流电通过导电线4输入控制器7进行调整后,接着输入逆变器8转换成交流电,从逆变器8输出的交流电通过光敏自动调控开关9、向LED照明灯10和发光字画广告2供给电力,使LED照明灯10和发光字画广告2发出亮光、进行照明;安装在节能广告牌底座11上的节能广告牌1的内部有锂离子电池3,锂离子电池3从外接电源输入电力,在阴雨天通过导电线4和光敏自动调控开关9向LED照明灯10和发光字画广告2供电;锂离子电池新能源与光伏发电互补供电。

下面本实用新型将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述: 
实施例一: 
一种将锂离子电池新能源与光伏发电互补的节能广告牌,选用红色的、节能达75%的0.06瓦LED照明灯500只、分布在节能广告牌的四周进行照明,从不同角度一齐照亮发光字画广告2。 
实施例二: 
一种将锂离子电池新能源与光伏发电互补的节能广告牌,选用绿色的、节能达80%的1瓦LED照明灯200只、安装在节能广告牌的上方和下方进行照明,照亮发光字画广告2。

1.一种将锂离子电池新能源与光伏发电互补的节能广告牌,其特征是,太阳光照射安装在节能广告牌(1)上方的、可调倾斜角度的电池支撑柱(6)的上端的太阳能电池(5)、产生直流电,直流电通过导电线(4)输入控制器(7)进行调整后,接着输入逆变器(8)转换成交流电,从逆变器(8)输出的交流电通过光敏自动调控开关(9)、向LED照明灯(10)和发光字画广告(2)供给电力,使LED照明灯(10)和发光字画广告(2)发出亮光、进行照明;安装在节能广告牌底座(11)上的节能广告牌(1)的内部有锂离子电池(3),锂离子电池(3)从外接电源输入电力,在阴雨天通过导电线(4)和光敏自动调控开关(9)向LED照明灯(10)和发光字画广告(2)供电;锂离子电池新能源与光伏发电互补供电。
