本实用新型涉及一种水工结构,特别涉及一种用于改善出水渠弯道处的水流流态的出水渠弯道整流结构。
背景技术
在实际水利工程中,由于受到地形、地质、工程特点、枢纽布置、经济指标等诸多因素的限制,取输水建筑物布置时不得不临近岸坡且出流方向正对岸坡布置。在这种情况下,建筑物的出水渠须设置弯道。出水渠弯道内的水流流经消力池后仍具有较大的能量,且在弯道内流向急剧改变,易产生回流及漩涡,水流对岸坡及出水渠渠底易造成冲刷破坏。因此采取合理经济的工程措施改善出水渠弯道水流的流态是非常有必要的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题是提供一种用于改善出水渠弯道处的水流流态的出水渠弯道整流结构,克服现有技术中存在的上述问题。
本实用新型的出水渠弯道整流结构,包括出水渠和取输水建筑物,出水渠和取输水建筑物之间通过出水渠弯道相连接,所述出水渠弯道的渠底上设有一道或多道潜坝。
本实用新型所述潜坝的轴线与取输水建筑物的出流方向垂直。
本实用新型所述潜坝为土石结构,并所述潜坝具有圆滑平顺的坝头。
本实用新型所述潜坝的前、后两侧设有倾斜的潜坝护坡与所述坝头相连接。
通过以上技术方案,本实用新型的出水渠弯道整流结构,改善了出水渠弯道处的水流流态,减轻水流对下游堤岸及出水渠的破坏,同时减轻水流在流经弯道时由于离心力作用对岸坡产生的破坏。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,本实用新型的出水渠弯道整流结构,包括出水渠3和取输水建筑物1,出水渠3和取输水建筑物1之间通过出水渠弯道4相连接,出水渠弯道4的渠底6上设有一道或多道潜坝2。在出水渠弯道4上设置潜坝2,阻碍下层部分水流,使其一部分沿潜坝上游面转向,一部分翻越潜坝。水流翻越潜坝时水流得到横向扩散和均化,坝后流经一定距离后立面上水流趋于均化,防止水流过急冲坏出水渠弯道两侧的岸坡5。
该出水渠弯道整流结构的平面布置形式(潜坝的数量、潜坝的间距、潜坝轴线与水出流方向的夹角等)根据出流的流态以及弯道的设置位置等确定。潜坝为土石结构,并潜坝具有圆滑平顺的坝头。潜坝的高度对整流效果影响较大,根据出水渠的过流能力来确定,同时要避免坝前雍水和坝后跌落对潜坝本身稳定产生不良影响。一般,潜坝轴线与取输水建筑物的出流方向垂直(见图1)。潜坝的前后两侧21、22分别设有倾斜的潜坝护坡与坝头相连接(见图2),防止水流冲刷把潜坝的边坡冲坏。

1.一种出水渠弯道整流结构,包括出水渠(3)和取输水建筑物(1),出水渠(3)和取输水建筑物(1)之间通过出水渠弯道(4)相连接,其特征在于,所述出水渠弯道(4)的渠底(6)上设有一道或多道潜坝(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的出水渠弯道整流结构,其特征在于,所述潜坝(2)的轴线与取输水建筑物(1)的出流方向垂直。
3.根据权利要求1所述的出水渠弯道整流结构,其特征在于,所述潜坝为土石结构,并所述潜坝具有圆滑平顺的坝头。
4.根据权利要求3所述的出水渠弯道整流结构,其特征在于,所述潜坝的前、后两侧设有倾斜的潜坝护坡(21、22)与所述坝头相连接。
