背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对家具的档次要求也逐步提升,其中实木家具尤其深受消费者的喜爱。伴随科技的进步,全球各地之间的联系越来越近,国内产的实木家具热销全球各地,同时也给实木家具行业带来了技术上的难题:由于地球上不同地区的温差大,湿度不一,实木家具的框架木材非常容易开裂以及变形,从而破坏了实木家具的品相,给实木家具企业和消费者带来了极大的困扰。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种防变形的实木木板,其结构合理,稳固不变形。为了实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术手段:
一种防变形的实木木板,由上中下三层粘接挤压而成,上下两层为实木薄板层,中层为实木条板层;所述实木条板层由长木方条并排粘接挤压形成。
所述长木方条由短木方条指接而成,相邻长木方条上的指接接口交错排列;
所述短木方条之间的指接接口是锯齿状接口,锯齿齿尖的朝向与实木条板层的表面平行;
所述指接接口之间用粘胶粘合。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:由于采用两层实木薄板层夹实木条板层的结构,中层的长木方条成为木板的支撑筋,有效防止了木板的变形;长木方条由短木方条指接而成,避免细短木材浪费的同时,还变废为宝;短木方条的锯齿接口朝向与实木条板层的表面平行,接口之间用粘胶粘合,进一步增加了木板的防变形强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本实用新型一种防变形的实木木板的优选实施方式作出详细的描述:
如图1所示,本实用新型的实木木板由上中下三层粘接挤压而成,上层和下层是实木薄板层1,从经过防裂处理的原木木料上用专用机械设备锯成实木薄板,再经过定厚砂光处理,终成厚度为3~7毫米的实木薄板层1,实木薄板层1结实耐磨,纹理自然舒畅,美观牢固。中层为实木条板层2,由数根规格标准的长木方条21并排粘接挤压形成,相邻长木方条21之间用粘胶22粘接后再机械挤压,形成木板后对表面进行砂光,即成实木条板层2。在实木条板层2的两面抹胶,分别粘上实木薄板层1,再进行机械挤压,干燥以后边制成了本实用新型的防变形的实木木板。
如图2所示,实木条板层2的长木方条21由短木方条211指接而成,短木方条211是从经防裂处理的原木木料上用专用设备锯成的规格标准的短方条,也可将废弃的细短木材加工成同规格标准的短方条,然后将短方条的两端切成锯齿状的指接接口212,锯齿呈对称的等腰三角形状,其对称轴的朝向与短木方条211本身的表面平行,再对指接接口212均匀施胶,最后将短木方条211通过指接接口212拼接起来,机械压紧,干燥后即成长木方条21。

1.一种防变形的实木木板,其特征在于:由上中下三层粘接挤压而成,上下两层为实木薄板层(1),中层为实木条板层(2);所述实木条板层(2)由长木方条(21)并排粘接挤压形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防变形的实木木板,其特征在于:所述长木方条(21)由短木方条(211)指接而成,相邻长木方条(21)上的指接接口(212)交错排列。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防变形的实木木板,其特征在于:所述短木方条(211)之间的指接接口(212)是锯齿状接口,锯齿齿尖的朝向与实木条板层(2)的表面平行。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防变形的实木木板,其特征在于:所述指接接口(212)之间用粘胶粘合。
