本实用新型涉及一种汽车电动助力转向电机的定子总成。属于汽车电动助力转向电机领域。
背景技术
目前国内生产的汽车电动助力转向电机的磁瓦定位圈为分体式结构，分体式结构的磁瓦定位圈工艺复杂而且装配时容易脱落，压装不方便不利于批量生产；定子总成一般不采用内衬不锈钢衬圈，容易导致磁瓦脱落或受到撞击后产生的磁瓦碎削进入到定子内腔，会严重影响电机运行的安全性、可靠性及使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种能有效提高电机运行的安全性、可靠性，并能降低电机异响的汽车电动助力转向电机的定子总成。
实现上述目的的技术方案是：一种汽车电动助力转向电机的定子总成，包括机壳和安装在机壳内壁上的磁瓦，磁瓦的两端设置有磁瓦定位圈，磁瓦定位圈的外圆与机壳的内壁紧配合，磁瓦镶嵌在磁瓦定位圈内，磁瓦定位圈内套装有不锈钢衬圈。
采用上述技术方案后，通过在磁瓦的两端设置磁瓦定位圈，可以防止磁瓦窜动、脱落，且便于压装，有利于产品的批量生产；不锈钢衬圈能有效的防尘、防止磁瓦碎屑脱落进入到定子总成内部，因此本实用新型能有效提高电机运行的安全性、可靠性及使用寿命，并能降低电机的异响。

如图1、2所示，一种汽车电动助力转向电机的定子总成，包括机壳1和安装在机壳1内壁上的磁瓦3，磁瓦3的两端设置有磁瓦定位圈2，磁瓦定位圈2的外圆与机壳1的内壁紧配合，磁瓦3镶嵌在磁瓦定位圈2内，磁瓦定位圈2内套装有不锈钢衬圈4。

1.一种汽车电动助力转向电机的定子总成，包括机壳（1）和安装在机壳（1）内壁上的磁瓦（3），其特征在于：磁瓦（3）的两端设置有磁瓦定位圈（2），磁瓦定位圈（2）的外圆与机壳（1）的内壁紧配合，磁瓦（3）镶嵌在磁瓦定位圈（2）内，磁瓦定位圈（2）内套装有不锈钢衬圈（4）。
