本实用新型属于液压钢丝管缠绕机上的分线装置。
背景技术
钢丝管缠绕机上的分线盘是安装在缠绕机的前端，经过缠绕机预制过的钢丝穿过分线盘后直接缠绕到塑料管上。如图1和图2所示，目前缠绕机上用的分线盘是圆盘状的，在分线盘上径向设置过线缝。经过预制过的钢丝是弯曲的，弯曲的钢丝通过过线缝后缠绕到塑料管上，塑料管产水平向前牵引的，钢丝在缠绕机的转动下绕塑料管径向缠绕，这样的结构易将预制的弯曲的钢丝拉直，不利于下一步缠绕塑料管，造成成品率低。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足提供一种钢丝管缠绕机上的分线盘。
