背景技术
在印刷ITO菲林膜时,视窗内需要印刷一层保护胶来保护,印刷完毕后ITO菲林膜正面再覆一层PE保护膜。但在上下电路贴合时,就必须单个逐片撕下每个视窗上的保护膜。且在此过程中,异物,脏污等等带来很多的不良,且效率较低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种视窗保护膜,该保护膜解决了后道撕膜时下层或上层容易出现断裂或在视窗内有残胶的问题。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括视窗、保护胶Ⅰ、ITO菲林膜、PE保护膜、保护胶Ⅱ,视窗的上表面连有保护胶Ⅰ,保护胶Ⅰ的上表面连有ITO菲林膜,ITO菲林膜的上表面连接PE保护膜,其特征是PE保护膜的上表面连接保护胶Ⅱ,所述保护胶Ⅱ的厚度为30±5μm,保护胶Ⅰ的厚度为40±5μm。
