本实用新型涉及一种新型自动降温变电站,包括变电站柜体,其特征在于:所述的柜体内设有单片机控制模块、风机、温度传感器,所述的柜体表面设有太阳能电池,所述的太阳能电池与单片机控制模块连,用于为单片机电池模块、风机供电。风机、温度传感器、单片机控制模块的配合工作可实现温度的智能调节,节约能源,延长风机使用寿命。太阳能电池板及蓄电池的设置,可在不破坏现有电路结构的前提下增加新的功能,而且,节能、低碳、环保。

本实用新型涉及高压电力领域,尤其涉及一种新型自动降温变电站。
背景技术
随着电力行业的发展,小型变电站的应用范围越来越广,小区、山区、沙漠、雪原。不同的应用环境,对变电站有不同的需求,特别是沙漠地带,昼夜温差大,变电站白天很容易因为高温而发生灾难性事故,现有的降温方式有设置底层地窖的方式,可以从地底吸收一部分热量。但是这种方式过于被动,依赖于所设置的环境。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种节约能源、可适用于沙漠等严酷环境的新型自动降温变电站。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种新型自动降温变电站,包括变电站柜体,其特征在于:所述的柜体内设有单片机控制模块、风机、温度传感器,所述的柜体表面设有太阳能电池,所述的太阳能电池与单片机控制模块连,用于为单片机电池模块、风机供电。
所述的温度传感器与单片机控制模块连接,用于采集变电站柜体内部温度。
所述的风机设于柜体一侧面,所述的单片机模块与风机连接,用于根据温度传感器输入的温度信号智能控制风机起停及转速。
本实用新型的进一步方案:还包括一个蓄电池,与所述的单片机控制模块连接,所述的单片机控制模块智能存储太阳能电池模块的剩余电量于蓄电池。
本实用新型的技术优势在于:风机、温度传感器、单片机控制模块的配合工作可实现温度的智能调节,节约能源,延长风机使用寿命。太阳能电池板及蓄电池的设置,可在不破坏现有电路结构的前提下增加新的功能,而且,节能、低碳、环保。

具体实施方式
参考图1所示,一种新型自动降温变电站,包括变电站柜体,所述的柜体内设有单片机控制模块、风机、温度传感器,柜体表面设有太阳能电池,太阳能电池与单片机控制模块连,用于为单片机电池模块、风机供电。
温度传感器与单片机控制模块连接,用于采集变电站柜体内部温度。
风机设于柜体一侧面,单片机模块与风机连接,用于根据温度传感器输入的温度信号智能控制风机起停及转速。
还包括一个蓄电池,与单片机控制模块连接,单片机控制模块智能存储太阳能电池模块的剩余电量于蓄电池。
当温度传感器检测到温度超过上限警戒值,发送温度信号给单片机控制模块,单片机控制模块智能分析该温度信号,启动风机,控制风机转速,风机工作。
当温度低于上限警戒值时,单片机控制模块智能降低风机转速,当温度低于下限警戒值,单片机控制模块控制风机停转。

1.一种新型自动降温变电站,包括变电站柜体,其特征在于:所述的柜体内设有单片机控制模块、风机、温度传感器,所述的柜体表面设有太阳能电池,所述的太阳能电池与单片机控制模块连,用于为单片机控制模块、风机供电;
所述的温度传感器与单片机控制模块连接,用于采集变电站柜体内部温度;
所述的风机设于柜体一侧面,所述的单片机模块与风机连接,用于根据温度传感器输入的温度信号智能控制风机起停及转速。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型自动降温变电站,其特征在于,还包括一个蓄电池,与所述的单片机控制模块连接,所述的单片机控制模块智能存储太阳能电池的剩余电量于蓄电池。
