技术领域
本实用新型属于岩土工程土质分析领域,尤其是涉及土质粒径在0.074mm~0.01mm之间的一种颗粒分析装置。
背景技术
在粘性土的颗粒分析测定过程中,原有的测试方法一种是密度计法,另一种是移液管法。上述两种试验方法对于粒径为在0.074mm~0.01mm的土,都很难准确测定其百分含量。
用密度计测定粒径在0.074mm~0.01mm之间的土壤时,由于该粒径土壤沉降速度快,对于刚刚放入悬液内的比重计,由于时间短稳定性差,影响读数的因素很多,因此很难准确读出弯液面的数值,也就很难精确求得该粒径土所占该土壤的百分比。用移液管测定粒径在0.074mm~0.01mm之间的土壤时,该粒径土下降10cm的所需时间仅仅20秒左右,速度非常快,移液管法在操作上很难在极短的时间内,将这层悬液全部吸出,移液管法通常用间接的方法即差减法求出该粒径土所占的百分比,而非试验所得。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种颗粒分析虹吸装置,可以精确测定粒径在0.074mm~0.01mm之间的土壤的重量,计算该粒径土所占土壤中的百分比。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种颗粒分析虹吸装置,其特征在于:U型管一端封口,封口端与烧杯连通,在封口底边和侧面相交处均匀开四个孔,U型管固定在支架上,U型管的中部球形杯通过乳胶管与吸耳球相连。
本实用新型结构合理,操作简便,能够精确测出粒径在0.074mm~0.01mm之间的土壤的百分比,为岩土工程勘察设计提供准确数据。

具体实施方式
参照附图,本实用新型包括高度约10cm直径约5cm烧杯1、U型管2、支架3、吸耳球4、乳胶管5。
根据不同粒径的土壤在水中沉降速度快慢,按时间吸出小于某一粒径悬液,最后烧杯中未被吸出的土,即是所求粒径的土。
