本实用新型涉及一种水表箱。
背景技术
现有的水表箱，一般多由铁皮制作，当水表箱在冬季寒冷的环境中使用，由于铁皮保温性能差，箱体内部气温极低，如北方寒冬温度甚至可达-30摄氏度，很容易冻坏设置于箱体内的水表，给人民生活提供诸多不便。而且，铁皮制作的箱体很容易腐蚀朽烂，铁皮还容易被盗，丢失严重，从而，影响箱体内水表的正常使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的上述不足，提供一种能有效保温、保证水表箱内水表即使在北方低温的恶劣环境下仍能正常使用的水表箱。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案为：一种水表箱，包括箱体、通过铰链与箱体连接的箱盖，所述的箱体和箱盖的内表面均设置有一层保温材料层。
所述的保温材料为发泡材料，优选为聚氨酯保温材料。
所述的保温材料层的厚度为50mm。
采用上述结构，有效保证了箱体内部的温度，使得箱体内部的水表处于相对稳定的温度范围内，有效保证了恶劣环境下水表箱使用状态，即使在-30摄氏度的恶劣环境下仍能正常使用。
所述的箱体和箱盖为由片状模塑料(SMC)材料制成的箱体和箱盖。采用上述材料制作，避免了传统用铁皮制作的水表箱容易腐蚀、易被盗丢失严重、隔热性能差等缺陷，延长了水表箱的使用寿命。

下面通过具体实施例进一步描述本发明，但本发明不仅仅局限于以下实施例。
如图1或2所示，本实用新型的水表箱，包括箱体1和箱盖2，箱体1两侧设有管道通孔，所述的箱盖2和箱体1的内表面均设有一层50mm厚的保温材料层3。所述的保温材料层的保温材料为聚氨酯保温材料。采用上述结构，有效保证了箱体内部的温度，使得箱体内部的水表处于相对稳定的温度范围内，有效保证了恶劣环境下如-30摄氏度下水表正常的使用状态。
本实用新型的水表箱的箱体1和箱盖2为由片状模塑料(SMC)材料制成的箱体和箱盖。由于片状模塑料隔热性能好、不易腐蚀变形，因此采用上述材料制作，避免了传统用铁皮制作的水表箱容易腐蚀、隔热性能差等缺陷，延长了水表箱的使用寿命。

1.一种水表箱，包括箱体(1)、通过铰链与箱体(1)连接的箱盖(2)，其特征在于：所述的箱体(1)和箱盖(2)的内表面均设置有一层保温材料层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水表箱，其特征在于：所述的保温材料层(3)为发泡材料制作的保温材料层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水表箱，其特征在于：所述的发泡材料为聚氨酯保温材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水表箱，其特征在于：所述的箱体(1)和箱盖(2)为由片状模塑料制成的箱体和箱盖。
