背景技术
目前,市售的太阳能热水器,大多结构是支架的上端有一个水箱,若干个真空集热管以一定的角度在一个平面内排列一层。真空集热管与水箱连通,真空集热管吸收太阳能,加热真空集热管内和水箱的水。也有采用真空集热管的冷凝段穿入集热箱中,集热段在集热箱外,集热箱的一端通过阀门安装有风机,通过阀门安装有水泵,集热箱的另一端是出热水口和出暖风口,它是暖风与热水单独使用,热水时不能使用暖风,使用暖风时又不能加热水,热利用效率不也够高。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种利用真空管吸收太阳能,空气通过真空管中心的真空管式太阳能暖风器。
实现本实用新型目的的解决方案是在真空集热管4的两端分别设有箱体3和箱体8,在箱体3上设有进气口2,在箱体8上设有出气口5。
真空集热管4是两端开口的管状物,真空集热管4的管臂是双层并密封,外层透明,内层涂有太阳能吸热涂层,中间夹层抽真空。真空集热管4至少有三个,真空集热管4是排成一排或者交错排成两排。箱体3和箱体8外分别设有保温层。进气口2上设有鼓风机10。真空集热管4是竖直安装或者水平安装的。
本实用新型的优点是结构简单,购置、运行成本低廉,安装使用方便,无论在墙壁、院落、房顶均可安装。热效率高,只要有太阳光照,就可实现供暖风。

具体实施方式
真空集热管4是两端开口的管状物,真空集热管4的管壁是双层并密封,外层透明,内层涂有太阳能吸热涂层,中间夹层抽真空。在真空集热管4的两端分别设有箱体3和箱体8,箱体3和箱体8安装在支架上,支架可以是壁挂式,也可以是底座式。箱体3和箱体8外设有保温层。在箱体3上设有进气口2,并通过气阀门1连有鼓风机10,在箱体8上设有出气口5,并连有气阀门6,当然在出气口5处也可以设有气泵,用来强制通风。真空集热管4至少有三个,也可以在箱体3和箱体8内分别设有隔板9和隔板7,用来阻挡空气的流路,使空气经过的加热路线串联起来,即空气经过第一个真空集热管4、第二个真空集热管4,再经过第三个真空集热管4,等等串连下去,一级一级加热。真空集热管4可以排成一排,也可以交错的排成两排。
使用时,本实用新型可安装在朝阳的墙壁上或在院落或房顶均可。打开气阀门1和气阀门6,空气进入箱体3和箱体8及真空集热管4中,这时真空集热管4在太阳的照射下集热,加热真空集热管4中的空气。加热后的暖气靠自然对流就从出气口5进入房间,给房间供暖,也可以启动鼓风机10强制鼓风给房间供暖气。

1.一种真空管式太阳能暖风器,其特征是在真空集热管(4)的两端分别设有箱体(3)和箱体(8),在箱体(3)上设有进气口(2),在箱体(8)上设有出气口(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所说的真空管式太阳能暖风器,其特征是所说的真空集热管(4)是两端开口的管状物,真空集热管(4)的管臂是双层并密封,外层透明,内层涂有太阳能吸热涂层,中间夹层抽真空。
3.根据权利要求1或2所说的真空管式太阳能暖风器,其特征是所说的真空集热管(4)至少有三个,真空集热管(4)是排成一排或者交错排成两排。
4.根据权利要求1所说的真空管式太阳能暖风器,其特征是所说的箱体(3)和箱体(8)外分别设有保温层。
5.根据权利要求1所说的真空管式太阳能暖风器,其特征是所说的进气口(2)上设有鼓风机(10)。
6.根据权利要求1所说的真空管式太阳能暖风器,其特征是所说的真空集热管(4)是竖直安装或者水平安装的。
