- 一种多通风双换热平板式太阳能集热器,由玻璃盖板(1)、支撑框架(7)、外壳(4)、内壳(5)、耐高温保温层(6)、集热板(3)和进出风筒(2)组成,其特征是:整个集热器主体呈密闭长方体结构,支撑框架(7)内外侧被金属内壳(4)和外壳(5)包裹,顶部盖有玻璃盖板(1);内、外壳之间铺有保温层(6),保温层(6)厚度大于20mm;内壳(5)上置有集热板(3);集热器主体短面两侧各开有3个圆型通风口(8),通风口(8)的圆心间距为300mm,每个通风口(8)与直径相当的圆筒形进出风筒(2)相对接,共有6个进出风筒(2)。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的多通风双换热平板式高效太阳能集热器,其特征是:集热 板(3)为波浪状长方形薄板,其波纹与气流方向垂直,波纹间距为50-200mm,波纹高度为 3-25mm,上表面喷有高吸收低发散率的吸热涂料,集热板(3)与通风口(8)的水平相对位置 为位于通风口(8) 1/3-2/5处,底部由方管支架做支撑。
- 3.根据权利要求1所述的多通风双换热平板式太阳能集热器,其特征是:每个集热器 装置可通过进出风筒(2)两两对接,既可串联也可并联。
