本实用新型涉及金属包装技术领域，特指一种新型的金属易拉盖。该双折叠易拉盖，是在易拉盖的刻线圈直径的内外设有两道“Z”形的折叠圈结构，折叠圈是靠易拉盖盖体本身塑性变形形成的。折叠圈形成的圆弧分别在刻圈的上面和下面。由于设有两道折叠圈结构，易拉盖沿刻线圈拉启后所形成的锋利边缘不在凸起。使易拉盖在使用过程中更加安全可靠。

背景技术：
金属易拉盖包装已在食品、饮料上广泛应用。但是易拉盖开启后刻线边缘形成的锋利的刀口经常给使用者造成伤害。为解决这一问题，市场上出现了多种单层折叠式易拉盖。但还是不能从根本上解决伤手问题，本实用新型在刻线圈直径的内外设置了两道折叠圈结构，可将刻线圈的锋利处藏在折叠圈结构的内侧。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种安全的双折叠圈式易拉盖。
本实用新型技术方案如下：一种双折叠圈式易拉盖，包括盖体、拉环、刻线圈和折叠圈，其特征是在于易拉刻线圈直径的内外安装两道“Z”形折叠圈结构，一道上折叠圈在刻线圈的上方，一道折叠圈在刻线圈的下方。形成两道有效的安全圈套，使锋利的刻线圈边缘不在凸起，达到了安全使用的效果。

下面以具体实施例对实用新型作进一步描述。
在图示实施例中，双折叠式易拉盖，是由圆形盖体1拉环2刻线圈4上折叠圈3下折叠圈5组成。在圆形盖体1上刻有一圈刻线圈4，在一圈刻线圈4的上方安装有一圈小于刻线圈直径的上折叠圈3，在一圈刻线圈4的下方安装有一圈大于刻线圈直径的下折叠圈5。两道折叠圈是靠盖体1本身的材料塑性变形形成的。

1.一种双折叠圈式易拉盖，包括盖体、拉环、刻线圈和折叠圈，其特征在于易拉刻线圈直径的内外安装两道“Z”形折叠圈结构，一道上折叠圈（3）在刻线圈（4）的上方，一道折叠圈（5）在刻线圈（4）的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双折叠圈式易拉盖，其特征在于易拉盖上的刻线圈（4）的直径大于上折叠圈（3）的直径，小于下折叠圈（5）的直径。
