在电力维修和安装过程中,经常会遇到 大量穿装地下电缆工程,穿装地下电缆难度较大,很不容易穿装,有时还会刺破绝缘外皮管,严重影响工程的进度和质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提供一种穿装方便,避免刺破绝缘外皮的电缆牵引专用接头。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用的技术方案是:电缆牵引专用接头包括螺杆,其特点是电缆牵引专用接头的牵引头上端头为半球状,在半球状上端头上设有一个牵引拉杆,牵引头下端圆筒的外壁上设有多个对称螺纹通孔,对称螺纹通孔中螺纹连接穿装螺杆,牵引头下部中心设有电缆穿装内孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是:电缆牵引专用接头结构简单,方便实用,穿装容易快捷,可以保证电缆在牵引穿装过程中电缆绝缘外皮完好无损,提高作业效率,减少事故损失,特别适用于地下电缆的穿装施工。

实施例,参照附图1、2,电缆牵引专用接头的牵引头1上端头为半球状,半球状上端头上设有一个牵引拉杆1-3,牵引头1下端圆筒的外壁上设有三个对称螺纹通孔1-1,对称螺纹通孔1-1中螺纹连接穿装螺杆2,牵引头1下部中心设有电缆穿装内孔1-2。
电缆牵引专用接头的使用方法是:电缆从电缆穿装内孔1-2穿入,用螺杆2穿装在对称螺纹通孔1-1中固定,用绳索固定在牵引拉杆1-3上进牵引作业即可。
