本实用新型涉及一种双基材热熔胶双面胶带,属于胶粘材料制备技术领域。
背景技术
随着汽车、电子等行业的发展,高性能胶粘剂的应用越来越广泛,热熔胶作为胶粘剂中的一个重要品种,其应用也不可忽视。热熔胶有下列优点:其一:热熔胶涂布方便,做成胶带工艺简单,其二:热熔胶有其自身的软化点,使用时对其加热到一定温度即可使用。
现有的热熔胶双面胶带是热熔胶涂敷于基材如棉纸、聚酯薄膜的两面制作而成。因此,热熔胶双面胶带存在下列问题:一、由于棉纸比较柔软,抗拉伸强度不佳,做成的双面胶在操作时容易折皱和断裂,但不受温度影响,热稳定性良好,在加热时不会发生形变。二、聚酯薄膜抗拉伸强度良好,但是受温度影响,做成的双面胶带在加热时会发生形变,从而造成产品损耗,生产效率降低。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种双基材热熔胶双面胶带,目的是解决棉纸抗拉伸强度不佳和聚酯薄膜受温度影响严重的问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种双基材热熔胶双面胶带,由离型材料层、第一亚克力胶层、聚酯薄膜层、第二亚克力胶层、棉纸层和热熔胶层依次层叠构成。
上述技术方案中的有关内容解释如下:
1、上述方案中,亚克力是由英文Acrylics音译而来,Acrylics是丙烯酸类和甲基丙烯酸类胶粘剂的通称。
2、上述方案中,热熔胶是指在常温下为固体,加热熔融到一定程度变为能流动且有一定粘性的液体粘合剂。
3、上述方案中,所述离型材料层是离型纸层或者离型薄膜层。
由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1、由于本实用新型的热熔胶在加热涂覆时是直接涂覆在棉纸的表面,由于棉纸不受温度影响,热稳定性良好,因此,本实用新型制得的双基材热熔胶双面胶带在加热时不会发生形变。
2、由于本实用新型中有一层聚酯薄膜,因此其抗拉伸强度良好
