透气鞋,涉及一种鞋。设有鞋面、大底和中层网布垫,所述大底为凹凸面,凹面设有间隔排列的大底孔,凸面上脚掌及后跟设有防滑的橡胶面,大底底部设有横向折沟,中层网布垫设在大底的上表面,所述中层网布垫上设有间隔排列的菱形格子。在上部形成相互连通的多个空气腔室,这些空气腔室与透气网布鞋面组成空气流动通道。解决了脚掌底部空气流动问题,起到了对鞋内降温和除臭的作用。能有效地防止水分从小孔中流入鞋内,汗液能透过微孔轻易地蒸发掉,保证鞋子从内到外干爽舒适;材质的每个微孔使得外部的水分都无法透过薄膜,从而达到了防止从鞋底流入鞋内的水及灰尘,以保持鞋子的干爽与清洁,同时凸面上设有橡胶外底,能更大程度上保证鞋子的防滑。

公开号为CN101953528A的发明专利申请提供一种透气鞋,包括鞋底、中底、鞋帮,鞋底脚跟处有一定的厚度,鞋底主要由一体式鞋底本体和内藏式气囊组件组成,内藏式气囊组件包括气囊本体以及设在气囊本体前端与气囊本体气腔连通的进气管,进气管内设有单向进气阀,内藏式气囊组件的气囊本体在有一定厚度的脚跟处被一体式鞋底本体各个方向完整包住,内藏式气囊组件的进气管的进气端开口设在鞋底上表面的脚心处或前脚掌处,进气管除进气端开口外也被一体式鞋底本体完整包住,内藏式气囊组件的气囊本体只在前端凸出设置有进气管,而在气囊本体的后端和左、右端均不设置凸出的接管,这种透气鞋具有结构简单、牢固的特点。

发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种透气鞋。
本实用新型设有鞋面、大底和中层网布垫,所述大底为凹凸面,凹面设有间隔排列的大底孔,凸面上脚掌及后跟设有防滑的橡胶面,大底底部设有横向折沟,中层网布垫设在大底的上表面,所述中层网布垫上设有间隔排列的菱形格子。
与现有的透气鞋相比,由于设有鞋面、大底和中底,鞋面设为透气网布,大底为凹凸面,凹面设有间隔排列的大底孔,凸面上脚掌及后跟设有防滑的橡胶面,大底底部设有横向折沟,中底设在大底上表面,中底为网布层。因此在上部形成相互连通的多个空气腔室,这些空气腔室与透气网布鞋面组成空气流动通道。当人在穿鞋行走时,鞋底上部空气腔室中的空气就能与外界空气形成交换,脚掌产生的汗气经过空气腔室再从大底透气口与透气鞋面向外排出。一方面解决了脚掌底部空气流动问题,另一方面起到了对鞋内降温和除臭的作用。同时,由于凹面打孔,因此能有效地防止水分从小孔中流入鞋内,并且鞋内设有一种多微孔结构的特殊网布材料的中层垫。每平方厘米10多亿个孔,微孔大小比水汽分子大700倍,所以汗液能透过微孔轻易地蒸发掉,从而保证鞋子从内到外都干爽舒适;材质的每个微孔的大小比水滴小约10000倍,使得外部的水分都无法透过薄膜,从而达到了防止从鞋底流入鞋内的水及灰尘,以保持鞋子的干爽与清洁,同时凸面上设有橡胶外底,能更大程度上保证鞋子的防滑。

参见图1~3,本实用新型设有鞋面1、大底2和中层网布垫4,所述大底2为凹凸面,凹面设有间隔排列的大底孔3,凸面上脚掌及后跟设有防滑的橡胶面5,大底2底部设有横向折沟6(采用折断式设计,可360度曲折),中层网布垫4设在大底2的上表面,所述中层网布垫4上设有间隔排列的菱形格子7,是一种多微孔结构特殊网布材料。
所述大底2可采用EVE材料制作。
