一般进入精加工的茶叶是经烘干后的茶叶，由于茶叶上本身长有毛绒，另外茶叶在输送过程中也会产生粉未，由此就会产生很多粉尘，由于没有设置吸尘除尘装置，这些粉尘得不到有效释放，混杂在茶叶中，影响茶叶质量。
(三)发明内容
为了解决现有上述不足，本实用新型提供了一种茶叶精加工设备用除尘装置，通过加设除尘装置使粉尘颗粒排出，提高了茶叶质量，利用身体健康。
为此，本实用新型采取以下技术方案：
一种茶叶精加工设备用除尘装置，包括有布置在精加工设备上方的吸尘罩、吸尘管道、除尘装置，所述吸尘罩安装在吸尘管道的起始端，所述除尘装置安装在吸尘管道中段，所述吸尘管道上还设有风机，吸尘管道的尾端连接排尘管道，所述风机布置在除尘装置和排尘管道之间；所述除尘装置的下方设有出尘口。所述吸尘罩为多个，平行安装在吸尘管道上。
所述除尘装置上出尘口为两个。
采用本实用新型具有以下优点：1、在精加工设备上方加设了吸尘罩、吸尘管道、除尘装置，粉尘颗粒通过除尘装置和风机的作用，大颗粒粉尘自除尘装置的出口排出，小颗粒粉尘自排尘管道排出，不仅可以优化工人的工作环境，而且提高了茶叶品质，延长设备使用寿命，减少茶叶加工过程中对周边环境的污染；2、吸尘罩为多个，平行安装在吸尘管道上，能充分吸收粉尘颗粒；3、结构简单、牢靠，制作成本低，使用效果好。

本实用新型所述的除尘装置适用于长抖筛、圆筛、色选机、双层抖筛、粉碎机、拣梗机、风选机、齿切机等精加工设备上，进行吸尘除尘。
