背景技术
在晶体硅太阳能光伏电池组件中,接线盒起着很重要的作用。在现有技术中接线盒导电体是一体式的结构,汇流带与二极管都通过手工锡焊的方式连接,但传统的手工锡焊方式存在以下缺点,一是焊接的工序比较麻烦,工作效率低下;二是经常产生虚焊,并且不太容易检查,带来了严重的质量隐患;三是要用专用工具,生产、维护工作都不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种晶体硅太阳能光伏电池组件接线盒的导电体结构,使汇流带的安装更方便,安装效率更高,并且质量稳定安全的导电体。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,采用如下结构,一种汇流带压接式导电体,由导电体底座和压簧组成,装配时压簧和导电体底座压簧端紧密连接,将汇流带卡在两者之间,使汇流带与导电体底座导通。
本实用新型的有益效果,一是不用专用工具,安装简便,工作效率高,二是汇流带和导电体接触良好,便于检查,解决质量隐患。
