Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于光伏建筑一体化组件额定工作温度测试的模拟装置。模拟装置为一房形结构,其中一面向阳,在房形结构的向阳面安装测试组件。房形结构的背阳面上开有方便进出的门,在房形结构的两侧面各开一扇可使风对流的通风口,在房形结构两侧面内部靠近测试组件处安装热电偶。该装置为BIPV组件的NOCT测试提供了更真实的测试环境,能更精确地测试出BIPV组件的NOCT。

本实用新型涉及一种用于光伏建筑一体化组件额定工作温度测试的模拟装置。
背景技术
太阳能光伏组件的额定工作温度测试(NOCT)是组件性能测试的重要参数之一。对于传统的附着在建筑上的BIPV组件,现行的方法是依据IEC 61215标准在开放式支架上安装光伏组件进行测试。而研究表明,光伏建筑一体化组件(BIPV)由于其安装方式的特殊,现有的开放式支架测试并不适用于BIPV组件的NOCT测试。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种专用于光伏建筑一体化组件的NOCT测试的模拟装置,此装置能更逼真地形成BIPV组件的实际工作环境,从而能更精确地测得BIPV组件的NOCT。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于光伏建筑一体化组件额定工作温度测试的模拟装置,模拟装置为一房形结构,其中一面向阳,在房形结构的向阳面安装测试组件。
房形结构的背阳面上开有方便进出的门,在房形结构的两侧面各开一扇可使风对流的通风口,在房形结构两侧面内部靠近测试组件处安装热电偶。
房形结构为长方形结构,由隔热板材和金属型材搭建而成并固定在地面上,顶面封闭。
本实用新型的有益效果是:为BIPV组件的NOCT测试提供了更真实的测试环境,能更精确地测试出BIPV组件的NOCT。

具体实施方式
一种用于光伏建筑一体化组件额定工作温度测试的模拟装置,模拟装置为安装于平坦水平地面上的呈1m×2m×2m的长方体半封闭活动板房。活动板房由彩钢夹芯板和铝合金型材搭建而成,搭建时固定在地面上,其中一面向阳,顶面封闭。活动板房向阳面上垂直安装两块800mm×800mm的BIPV测试组件1。活动板房背阳面中线处安装一高1.8m的可开关门2,供测试人员进出。两边侧面各开一扇0.4m×0.2m的可使风对流的通风口3,使模拟装置内能保持良好的通风。在房形结构两侧面内部靠近测试组件处安装热电偶4。

1.一种用于光伏建筑一体化组件额定工作温度测试的模拟装置,其特征是:所述的模拟装置为一房形结构,其中一面向阳,在房形结构的向阳面安装测试组件(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于光伏建筑一体化组件额定工作温度测试的模拟装置,其特征是:所述的房形结构的背阳面上开有方便进出的门(2),在房形结构的两侧面各开一扇可使风对流的通风口(3),在房形结构两侧面内部靠近测试组件处安装热电偶(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于光伏建筑一体化组件额定工作温度测试的模拟装置,其特征是:所述的房形结构为长方形结构,由隔热板材和金属型材搭建而成并固定在地面上,顶面封闭。
