本实用新型涉及一种切割式潜水泵，在原切割式排污泵上增加一套切割装置，使叶轮叶片不再作切割用。包括泵体、底座、泵轴、叶轮，其特征在于：在泵的底座的进水口处安装有切割盘，切割盘内圈上有切割齿，在泵轴的下顶端上安装有切割螺母，切割螺母两边有两片圆弧型切割叶片，切割叶片的外端面与切割盘上的切割齿相对应。本实用新型的优点是增强了整体的切割能力，还能磨碎大的固体颗粒，使泵排固体颗粒的能力大大提高；同时更换也及其方便；叶轮不再充当切割作用，增加了叶轮的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种切割式潜水泵，在原切割式排污泵上增加一套切割装置，使叶轮叶片不再作切割用。
背景技术
原切割式潜水排污泵由潜水电机、泵体、叶轮、底座、调整螺钉等组成，叶轮大多采用半开式叶轮，泵体采用前开口的，叶轮11和底座12的间隙通过调整螺钉13来调节；该类型的泵实现切割功能是通过叶轮叶片的旋转与底座进口的直角形成切割刀刃来切碎纤维、布料等物体；该类型的泵是让叶轮充当切割物体的刀刃，对泵的效率影响很大，同时长时间运行后叶片开口边发生严重的磨蚀，水泵效率降低，达不到原设计参数要求，电机功率增大，出现电机烧毁。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中原切割式潜水排污泵所存在的上述问题，提供一种新型的切割式排污泵新型切割装置。本实用新型设计切割式排污泵新型切割装置，包括泵体、底座、泵轴、叶轮，其特征在于：在泵的底座的进水口处安装有切割盘，切割盘内圈上有切割齿，在泵轴的下顶端上安装有切割螺母，切割螺母两边有两片圆弧型切割叶片，切割叶片的外端面与切割盘上的切割齿相对应。本实用新型的优点是增强了整体的切割能力，还能磨碎大的固体颗粒，使泵排固体颗粒的能力大大提高；同时更换也及其方便；叶轮不再充当切割作用，增加了叶轮的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
图中切割式排污泵新型切割装置，包括泵体1、底座2、泵轴3、叶轮4，其特征在于：在泵的底座的进水口处安装有切割盘5，切割盘内圈上有切割齿6，在泵轴的下顶端上安装有切割螺母7，切割螺母两边有两片圆弧型切割叶片8，切割叶片的外端面与切割盘上的切割齿相对应。
原结构中在泵运行一段时间后，叶轮叶片出现严重的磨蚀，使其切割功能下降，底座与叶轮之间的间隙增大，水泵性能大大降低。
而本实用新型的切割装置结构就不会出现上面所述的情况，切割螺母和切割盘采用强度和硬度高的耐磨材料；切割螺母在改进后的结构中既起到固定叶轮的作用又起到切割刀具的作用，切割叶片的两个切割叶片采用圆弧型的结构，提高了切割刀面的长度和强度，其型线与叶轮叶片的型线一致，可改善了水泵进口水流状态；增加水泵的扬程同时提高了抗汽蚀性能；在切割盘上加工出18-20个槽使之形成切割齿和切割槽，使其整体形成齿轮状结构；增强了整体的切割能力，还能磨碎大的固体颗粒，使泵排固体颗粒的能力大大提高；同时更换也及其方便，而叶轮不再充当切割作用，增加了叶轮的使用寿命。
