电子行业的硅片在中后期研磨抛光过程中，对表面质量要求非常高，不得有丝毫划痕，这就要求氧化铝微粉粒度分布要均匀，颗粒形状要圆滑，不得有棱角尖状物，微粉制备难度非常大。
现有技术中的球磨设备很难满足电子行业用氧化铝磨料的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种圆片状氧化铝磨料表面无锐角处理装置，通过该装置的处理，氧化铝微粉壳体表面无棱角、无尖状物，形状圆滑。
本实用新型具体采用如下技术方案：
一种圆片状氧化铝磨料表面无锐角处理装置，包括回转的双锥筒体，其特征是，双锥筒体内壁设有一弹性层，在弹性层的外表面上分布有锥台型的凸起，双锥筒体内还设有橡胶球。
本实用新型的优点是：
双锥筒体与动力装置连接，微粉在筒体内运动，在橡胶球、锥台的磨擦、碰撞过程中，对微粉外表面做类似磨削处理，使得微粉颗粒外表面比较圆滑，无棱角、无尖状物。

本实用新型在球磨后使用，可使氧化铝微粉粒度分布要均匀，颗粒形状圆滑，无棱角尖状物。
