背景技术
烧结矿的主要运输工具是胶带运输机，这种运输机的输送带接头处一般采用金属皮带扣进行连接，这种连接方法具有更换方便、利于抢修等优点，但其也具有易磨损、更换频繁等缺点。皮带扣属于金属材料，导热快，使用过程中极容易造成皮带扣周围输送带烧损，从而缩短输送带的使用寿命；另外，皮带扣连接不紧密处还容易造成运送物料从缝隙中掉入到下皮带上，导致运输机尾轮磨损，缩短其使用寿命，增加工作人员劳动强度。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种皮带扣处带有保护层的输送带，提高输送带及运输机的使用寿命，降低工作人员劳动强度。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种皮带扣处带有保护层的输送带，包括输送带、皮带扣和镶嵌在皮带扣上部及其两侧输送带凹槽内的保护层，所述保护层与输送带之间通过鞋钉固定连接或者通过冷胶粘接。
保护层可为更换皮带的下脚料或带一层帆线的胶皮。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于：在输送带接头皮带扣及其两侧输送带的凹槽内镶嵌皮带保护层，并通过鞋钉固定或冷胶粘接固定，这样就将输送带接头金属皮带扣覆盖，使金属皮带扣和物料隔离，提高输送带及接头皮带扣的使用寿命，降低皮带扣和尾轮的磨损速度，降低工作人员劳动强度。

如图1、图2所示的实施例，一种皮带扣处带有保护层的输送带，包括输送带2和皮带扣3，在皮带扣3两侧输送带2分别去掉宽约150mm、厚7mm的胶层，形成凹槽，撕取和输送带宽度同长、宽约330mm的带一层帆线的胶皮作为保护层1，然后将在保护层1镶嵌到皮带扣3上部及其两侧输送带2的凹槽内，保护层1与输送带2之间通过鞋钉固定连接或者通过冷胶粘接。
这样，在物料输送过程中，可以防止运输物料从皮带扣的缝隙中掉入到下层皮带上、造成运输机尾轮磨损，防止高温物料烧损输送带，提高输送带使用寿命，降低工作人员劳动强度。

1.一种皮带扣处带有保护层的输送带，包括输送带（2）和皮带扣（3），其特征在于在皮带扣（3）上部及其两侧输送带（2）的凹槽内镶嵌有保护层（1），所述保护层（1）与输送带（2）之间通过鞋钉固定连接或者通过冷胶粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮带扣处带有保护层的输送带，其特征在于：保护层（1）为更换皮带的下脚料或带一层帆线的胶皮。
