换向器产品有钩型和槽型两种，钩型换向器根据使用要求的不同对换向片的片数的要求不一样，当产品的换向片片数较少，比如8片、10片、12片等，换向片弯钩部分的宽度和厚度就比较大，弯曲成型时的应力就很大，容易造成弯钩根部的模体模塑料开裂，造成产品质量的不合格。

鉴于目前公知技术存在的问题，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种能解决换向片弯钩成型时换向器开裂问题的钩型换向器。

一种钩型换向器，包括模体和固接在模体中的换向片，换向片的一端端面上设有弯钩，换向片的底部设有燕尾槽，其特征在于：所述换向片带弯钩的端面和换向片的底部之间通过一斜面过渡连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：换向片带弯钩的端面和换向片的底部之间通过一斜面过渡连接，这样就增加了弯钩根部的换向片的强度，弯钩弯曲成型时的弯曲应力就集中在换向片本身上面，从而避免了弯钩根部的模体模塑料的开裂。
作为优选，所述斜面与端面间的夹角为20度斜角。

参照附图2，本实用新型的钩型换向器，包括模体6和固接在模体中的换向片7，换向片7的一端端面上设有弯钩8，换向片的底部11设有燕尾槽，所述换向片带弯钩的端面9和换向片的底部11之间通过一斜面10过渡连接，所述斜面10与端面9间的夹角为20度斜角。相比图2和图1的钩型换向器，明显图2中的换向片的弯钩根部强度得以大大增强，这样弯钩弯曲成型时的弯曲应力就集中在换向片本身上面，从而避免了弯钩根部的模体模塑料的开裂。
