背景技术
橡套电缆在用于垂直升降设备时需要频繁的移动,使用要求很高,普通的橡套电缆在多次不断拉伸和还原的过程后容易引起导体拉长、断裂等现象,导致电缆起鼓或断芯,使用寿命减短,影响垂直升降设备的正常运行,还会埋下安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种更加安全可靠的橡套电缆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用一种橡套电缆,包括四根线芯、包带层、护套层,线芯由内到外包括导体和绝缘层,线芯包裹在包带层内,包带层和线芯之间的空隙间设置有橡胶填充,包带层外设置有护套层,四根线芯的中心设置有钢丝。
本实用新型进一步设置成所述钢丝外紧密包裹有橡胶层。
本实用新型的效果是电缆中心设置细软钢丝,防止在电缆弯曲拉伸过程中导体变长断裂,提高电缆的稳定性,消除电缆在使用后带来的安全隐患,延长使用寿命。

如图1所示,本实用新型的具体实施例是一种橡套电缆,包括四根线芯、包带层4、护套层5、橡胶条3、钢丝6、橡胶层7,线芯包 括导体1和绝缘层2,四根线芯的导体分成三根相线导体和一根零线导体,相线导体和零线导体的直径相等,导体1外分别设置有绝缘层2,四根线芯围绕一个中心均匀设置,四根线芯的中心设置有钢丝6,钢丝6外紧密包裹有橡胶层7,四跟线芯包裹在包带层4内,包带层4和线芯之间的每个空隙间设置有橡胶条3,包带层4外周设置有护套层5。

1.一种橡套电缆,包括四根线芯、包带层、护套层,线芯由内到外包括导体和绝缘层,线芯包裹在包带层内,包带层和线芯之间的空隙间设置有橡胶填充,包带层外设置有护套层,其特征在于:所述四根线芯的中心设置有钢丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡套电缆,其特征在于:所述钢丝外紧密包裹有橡胶层。
