针对上述技术上的不足,本实用新型的目的是公开一种结构简单,使用方便的骨伤科用骨折复位钳。

如图1所示,一种骨伤科用骨折复位钳,由定钳臂、动钳臂、弧形板状钳头、钳头铰轴、螺杆、螺杆铰轴、蝴蝶螺母和钳臂铰轴组成,定钳臂和动钳臂通过钳臂铰轴铰接,定钳臂和动钳臂的前端与弧形板状钳头通过钳头铰轴连接,定钳臂后部内侧与螺杆通过螺杆铰座连接,螺杆穿过动钳臂,螺杆上套有蝴蝶螺母。
本实用新型的动钳臂上设置有一长孔,螺杆穿过此长孔,弧形板状钳头上设置有骨钉孔。本实用新型利用杠杆原理使用钳状结构通过旋转蝴蝶螺母对骨折进行精确复位,利用弧形板状钳头夹持住断裂骨折的骨头,旋紧蝴蝶螺母,这样就能先将骨折复位,此时在弧形板状钳头的骨钉孔上即可打入骨钉进行下一步的固定。这样采用先复位后打骨钉的方式对骨骼的损坏小,减少手术的危险,大大提高骨骼复位的手术成功率。
