该实用新型为带螺旋密封保温盖的玻璃真空太阳能集热储水管,其主要由大直径玻璃真空太阳能集热管和与其配对的螺旋密封保温盖组成。集热储水管一端盲口密封,一端留有开口,开口端缩口后,管的内胆与外胆合为一体,且缩口段管的外壁带有螺旋卡口;内外胆之间抽成真空并由横向支撑圈、垂直支撑托架固定。保温盖由外壳、保温层、螺旋卡口、内衬、密封圈组成,其上留有进出水管接口及其它能源加热器接入口。该集热储水管具有集热、储水、保温作用,有横向、垂直、倾斜、开口朝下等多种放置方式,适合使用在各类无水箱或分体式太阳能热水器中,也可在其它各类及各种容积要求的热水系统中作储水保温水箱之用。

背景技术
现有玻璃真空太阳能集热管直径较小,开口端需倾斜或向上放置,存在不能横向水平放置、特别是不能倒置及不能起到储水作用等弊端,不便于在各种场合、尤其是在城市高层建筑中的太阳能热水器推广、使用,更不能实现大容量热水保温存储功能。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种带螺旋卡口密封保温盖的、开口端稍有缩口的玻璃真空太阳能集热储水管。该集热储水管适合使用在各类无水箱或分体式太阳能热水器中,也可以在各类及各种容积要求的热水系统中作储水保温水箱之用。
上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:
玻璃真空太阳能集热储水管一端盲口密封,一端留有开口。集热储水管开口端缩口后,管的内胆与外胆合为一体,且缩口段管的外壁带有螺旋卡口,与螺旋密封保温盖配对密封。螺旋密封保温盖由外壳、保温层、螺旋卡口内衬、密封圈组成,其上留有带内接管和不带内接管的进出水管接口及其它能源加热器接入口(不需使用时由保温旋塞密封)。集热储水管内胆外壁喷涂远红外集热材料,内胆与外胆之间抽成真空且由横向支撑圈、垂直支撑托架固定,并置有抽气口和吸气剂组件。
这个技术方案有如下有益效果:
1.本实用新型为带螺旋密封保温盖的玻璃真空太阳能集热储水管,将原来需要倾斜且开口端需朝上放置的太阳能集热管改为既可横向水平放置、又可垂直和倾斜放置、还可倒置的任何放置方式,提高了安装场所的适应性。
2.本实用新型提供的集热储水管既具有集热作用,又具有储水、保温作用,不但可以单独使用,还可以多个管组合串、并联接使用,提高了热水容积要求的多样性。
3.本实用新型提供的集热储水管既可以使用在各类无水箱或分体式太阳能热水器中,又可以在其它各类热水系统中单独作储水保温水箱之用,提高了使用范围的广泛性。

具体实施方式
玻璃真空太阳能集热储水管一端盲口密封,一端留有开口。集热储水管开口端缩口后,管的内胆12与外胆10合为一体,且缩口段管的外壁带有螺旋卡口7,与螺旋密封保温盖配对密封。螺旋密封保温盖由外壳1、保温层2、螺旋卡口9、内衬8、密封圈3组成,其上留有带内接管4和不带内接管6的进出水管接口及其它能源加热器接入口和保温旋塞5(不需使用时由保温旋塞密封)。集热储水管内胆12外壁喷涂远红外集热材料,内胆12与外胆10之间抽成真空11且由横向支撑圈13、垂直支撑托架14固定,并置有抽气口16和吸气剂组件15。

1.一种带螺旋密封保温盖的玻璃真空太阳能集热储水管,其特征是:大直径玻璃真空太阳能集热储水管一端盲口密封,一端留有开口;所述集热储水管开口端缩口后,管的内胆与外胆合为一体,且缩口段管的外壁带有螺旋卡口,与螺旋密封保温盖配对密封;所述集热储水管内胆外壁喷涂远红外集热材料,内胆与外胆之间抽成真空且由横向支撑圈、垂直支撑托架固定,并置有抽气口和吸气剂组件。
