一种聚合反应管连接装置，包括管体及其上的法兰，管体端头设有嵌在管体内的内接圈，内接圈露出端有径向延伸的外凸环，外凸环落在法兰端面外侧，法兰上有一圈安装孔；法兰外侧设有向内的台阶形环槽，环槽分二阶，内槽小于外槽，内槽直径等同于外凸环外径，外凸环落在其内；管体内设有螺带，螺带端头接连接圈，连接圈和内接圈之间有螺纹。本实用新型聚合反应管连接装置，可以安全可靠地完成聚合反应器中反应管的连接，组成反应管串，确保密封状态；同时可以用带法兰的弯管连接，组成反应管排。

本实用新型涉及甲基乙烯基高温硫化胶生产设备，特别涉及一种聚合反应管连接装置。
背景技术
目前国内普遍采用的甲基乙烯基高温硫化硅橡胶(硅胶)的聚合装置有两种。即静态混合器和管式聚合反应器。管式聚合反应器虽然可以比较方便的切换需求，而且质交换上也有了比较好的改善；也明显降低了操作难度，可控性也得到了改善；但通常都由一节节的反应管组成，所以在管式聚合反应器之中，聚合反应管连接装置是非常重要的一个环节。
实用新型内容
为满足上述需求，本实用新型提供一种聚合反应管连接装置。
本实用新型聚合反应管连接装置，包括管体及其上的法兰，其中：所述管体端头设有嵌在管体内的内接圈，内接圈露出端有径向延伸的外凸环，外凸环落在法兰端面外侧，法兰上有一圈安装孔。
所述法兰外侧设有向内的台阶形环槽，环槽分二阶，内槽小于外槽，内槽直径等同于外凸环外径，外凸环落在其内。
所述管体内设有螺带，螺带端头接连接圈，连接圈和内接圈之间有螺纹。
本实用新型聚合反应管连接装置，可以安全可靠地完成聚合反应器中反应管的连接，组成反应管串，确保密封状态；同时可以用带法兰的弯管连接，组成反应管排。

本实用新型聚合反应管连接装置，包括管体1及其上的法兰2，管体1端头设有嵌在管体1内的内接圈3，内接圈3露出端有径向延伸的外凸环5(见图3)，外凸环5落在法兰2端面外侧，法兰2上有一圈安装孔6，用来连接两个法兰。
法兰2外侧设有向内的台阶形环槽8(见图2)，环槽8分二阶，内槽小于外槽，内槽直径等同于外凸环5外径，外凸环5落在其内。
螺带7端头接连接圈9，内接圈3和连接圈9之间有螺纹4，为螺纹连接。

1.一种聚合反应管连接装置，包括管体及其上的法兰，其特征在于：所述管体端头设有嵌在管体内的内接圈，内接圈露出端有径向延伸的外凸环，外凸环落在法兰端面外侧，法兰上有一圈安装孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚合反应管连接装置，其特征在于：所述法兰外侧设有向内的台阶形环槽，环槽分二阶，内槽小于外槽，内槽直径等同于外凸环外径，外凸环落在其内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的聚合反应管连接装置，其特征在于：所述管体内设有螺带，螺带端头接连接圈，连接圈和内接圈之间有螺纹。
