Abstract
挠性钢轴涉及一种动力传递工具。挠性钢轴的一节Y形的活节上方两片,各设一个销孔,下方一片设一个销孔;将多个Y形的活节首、尾连接,连接处用销钉固定,最后连接成一长条挠性钢轴,在长条挠性钢轴外,套上橡胶软管;在挠性钢轴的一端可连接一个操作手柄,在另一端可连接一个装拆工具。采用挠性钢轴的有益效果是操作时,可使传递动力损耗小、可正转、反转、弯曲,长度可任意调整;而挠性钢轴的结构简单、拆装方便,可用于各种高难度的技术工作中,其强度与刚度高于市场上供应的软轴。

本实用新型涉及一种动力传递工具。
背景技术:
在钳工进行机器装、拆工作中,经常会遇到操作空间狭小,难以使用扳手或其它工具。如何把作功的扭矩传递到周围狭小的空间位置,至今尚无理想的传递工具出现。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种挠性钢轴。挠性钢轴的一节Y形的活节上方两片,各设一个销孔,下方一片设一个销孔;将多个Y形的活节首、尾连接,连接处用销钉固定,最后连接成一长条挠性钢轴,在连接而成的钢轴外套上橡胶软管,可起到润滑和防护作用。这种挠性钢轴由于是由多个活节连接而成,所以其长短可根据工作的需要来决定伸长还是缩短。在挠性钢轴的一端可连接一个操作手柄,在另一端可连接各种装拆工具,连接时同样用销钉固定。采用挠性钢轴可达到传递动力损耗小、可正转、反转、弯曲,长度可任意调整;而挠性钢轴的结构简单、拆装方便,可用于各种高难度的技术工作中,其强度与刚度高于市场上供应的软轴。

参照图1、图2,挠性钢轴的一节Y形的活节1上方两片,各设一个销孔2,下方一片设一个销孔4;将多个Y形的活节1首、尾连接,连接处用销钉5固定而成,在形成的长条挠性钢轴外,套上橡胶软管3,在长条挠性钢轴的一端连接一个操作手柄7,在另一端连接一个装拆工具6。

1.挠性钢轴,由多节Y形的活节上、下连接,最后在其两端连接一个手柄与一个装拆工具而成,其特征在于挠性钢轴的一节Y形的活节(1)的上方两片,各设一个销孔(2),下方一片设一个销孔(4);将多个Y形的活节(1)首、尾连接,连接处用销钉(5)固定;在成长条的挠性钢轴外,套上橡胶软管(3),在挠性钢轴的一端连接一个操作手柄(7),在另一端连接一个装拆工具(6)。
