本实用新型公开了一种冲击式水轮机机座负压破坏装置,包括机座,所述机座的尾部壁板距离机座底端的距离H为0.6-1米,所述机座的尾部壁板上设有倒“V”形的分流板。所述机座的尾部壁板的底端距离机座底端的距离H为0.6-1米,使得机座由封闭式空间变为开敞式,从而使得外部空气能进入机座内部,所述机座的尾部壁板上设有倒“V”形的分流板,这样被转轮做过功后的部分水便会顺着倒“V”形的分流板流下,就相当于从机座尾部壁板的两侧流下,避免水幕的形成,保证外部空气能顺利进入机壳内,避免了空蚀、噪音等现象的出现;同时保证高速折向水柱能顺利进入尾水渠,避免形成紊流,造成水流不畅等现象。

本实用新型涉及一种冲击式水轮机,具体地说,涉及一种冲击式水轮机机座负压破坏装置。
背景技术
目前的冲击式水轮机包括机座1,在机座1内装有转轮2,机座1的尾部壁板1a的底端延伸到机座1的底部(如图1所示),与最高尾水水面A接触,在机座1的尾部内形成一个封闭式结构,使得水轮机机座1外部的空气无法正常进入机座1内,机组工作时机座1内形成负压,容易造成空蚀以及水流不畅通,同时折向水柱C由于壁板1a的遮挡而不能顺利进入尾水渠,大大降低了水轮机的效率和出力,引起振动和噪声;折向水柱C频繁打在尾部壁板1a上,使尾部壁板1a被击穿,迫使机组频繁大修。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能使外部空气能顺利进入机座内部的冲击式水轮机机座负压破坏装置。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种冲击式水轮机机座负压破坏装置,包括机座,所述机座的尾部壁板距离机座底端的距离H为0.6-1米,所述机座的尾部壁板上设有倒“V”形的分流板。
采用上述技术方案,所述机座的尾部壁板的底端距离机座底端的距离H为0.6-1米,使得机座由封闭式空间变为开敞式,从而使得外部空气能进入机座内部,所述机座的尾部壁板上设有倒“V”形的分流板,这样被转轮做过功后的部分水便会顺着倒“V”形的分流板流下,就相当于从机座尾部壁板的两侧流下,避免水幕的形成,保证外部空气能顺利进入机壳内,避免了空蚀、噪音等现象的出现;同时保证高速折向水柱能顺利进入尾水渠,避免形成紊流,造成水流不畅等现象,同时,避免了折向水柱打击尾部壁板造成机组频繁大修。
在上述技术方案中:所述机座的尾部壁板的底端距离机座底端的距离H为0.8米。

如图2和3所示,本实用新型由机座1、转轮2、倒“V”形的分流板3组成,转轮2设在机座1内,所述机座1的尾部壁板1a的底端到机座1底端有一定的距离H,为了保证机组折向水柱C直接进入尾水渠,且机座1尾部壁板1a底端至厂房的地坪厚度≥800mm,将距离H设为0.6-1米,优选0.8米,使得机座1成为一个敞开式的结构,所述机座1的尾部壁板1a上设有倒“V”形的分流板3,这样被转轮2做过功后的部分水C便会顺着倒“V”形的分流板3流下,就相当于从壁板1a的两侧流下,避免被转轮2做过功后的部分水直接从机座1尾部壁板1a流下形成水幕,从而保证外部空气能顺利进入机座1内,避免了空蚀、水流不畅等现象的出现。

1.一种冲击式水轮机机座负压破坏装置,包括机座(1),其特征在于:所述机座(1)的尾部壁板(1a)距离机座(1)底端的距离H为0.6-1米,所述机座(1)的尾部壁板(1a)上设有倒“V”形的分流板(3)。
