键合丝为半导体封装的关键材料之一,目前主要有键合铜丝、键合铝丝和键合金丝这三种,而键合金丝以其化学性质稳定而被广泛应用于微电子工业领域。
目前,键合丝如键合金丝通常采用缠绕的方式一圈一圈绕在线轴上,缠绕在线轴上的键合丝的长度一般只有2000m左右,长度较短,使用时间不长,需要经常购买新的。另外在使用过程中,键合丝的放线即键合丝从线轴上放下来不是很方便。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种长度长,使用时间长的缠绕在线轴上的键合丝。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用这样一种缠绕在线轴上的键合丝:它包括键合丝本体,所述键合丝本体缠绕在线轴的外圆周壁上,所述键合丝本体的长度为5000~10000m。

所述键合丝本体的长度为6500~7500m。
所述键合丝本体的长度为7000m。

采用以上结构后,本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:由于所述键合丝本体的长度为5000~10000m,该长度的键合丝的长度足够长,能满足用户的使用要求,延长了本实用新型的键合丝的使用时间,不需要用户经常购买新的键合丝。
作为优选,所述键合丝本体的长度为7000m,该长度为一优选值,能进一步满足用户需求,又不至于造成浪费。
作为优选,缠绕在线轴上属于同层的相邻两圈键合丝本体沿线轴的轴向距离d为6mm,该距离为一优选值,在满足用户需求的情况下,便于键合丝的放线。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的缠绕在线轴上的键合丝,它包括键合丝本体1,所述键合丝本体1缠绕在线轴2的外圆周壁上,所述键合丝本体1的长度为5000~10000m。
所述键合丝本体1的长度也可以为6000~8000m,所述键合丝本体1的长度还可以为6500~7500m。
作为本实用新型的最优选方案,所述键合丝本体1的长度为7000m,该长度既能满足用户的使用需求,又不至于浪费。
为了便于键合丝的放线,即在使用过程中,使键合丝顺利的从线轴上脱落下来,缠绕在线轴2的外圆周壁上属于同层的相邻两圈键合丝本体沿线轴2的轴向距离d为5mm~7mm。其中键合丝本体1从如图2中所示的位置I沿线轴2的外圆周壁向上缠绕至位置II或从如图2中所示的位置II沿线轴2的外圆周壁向下缠绕至位置I时在线轴2的外圆周壁上所形成的一圈一圈的键合丝本体属于同层。
作为本实施例的优选方案,缠绕在线轴2的外圆周壁上属于同层的相邻两圈键合丝本体沿线轴2的轴向距离d为6mm。
当然,以便键合丝能很好的缠绕在线轴上,键合丝本体每隔1500-2000m采用平绕方式缠绕一层,最外一层的键合丝本体也采用平绕方式进行缠绕。采用平绕时缠绕在线轴2的外圆周壁上属于同层的相邻两圈键合丝本体沿线轴2的轴向距离d相当于键合丝本体的直径,平绕方式为行业内现有技术,故不再详细叙述。

4.根据权利要求3所述的缠绕在线轴上的键合丝,其特征在于:所述键合丝本体(1)的长度为7000m。
5.根据权利要求4所述的缠绕在线轴上的键合丝,其特征在于:缠绕在线轴(2)的外圆周壁上属于同层的相邻两圈键合丝本体沿线轴(2)的轴向距离(d)为5mm~7mm。
