目前，键合丝如键合金丝通常采用缠绕的方式一圈一圈绕在线轴上，缠绕在线轴上的键合丝的长度一般只有2000m左右，长度较短，使用时间不长，需要经常购买新的。另外在使用过程中，键合丝的放线即键合丝从线轴上放下来不是很方便。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种长度长，使用时间长的缠绕在线轴上的键合丝。

为了便于键合丝的放线，即在使用过程中，使键合丝顺利的从线轴上脱落下来，缠绕在线轴2的外圆周壁上属于同层的相邻两圈键合丝本体沿线轴2的轴向距离d为5mm～7mm。其中键合丝本体1从如图2中所示的位置I沿线轴2的外圆周壁向上缠绕至位置II或从如图2中所示的位置II沿线轴2的外圆周壁向下缠绕至位置I时在线轴2的外圆周壁上所形成的一圈一圈的键合丝本体属于同层。
作为本实施例的优选方案，缠绕在线轴2的外圆周壁上属于同层的相邻两圈键合丝本体沿线轴2的轴向距离d为6mm。
当然，以便键合丝能很好的缠绕在线轴上，键合丝本体每隔1500-2000m采用平绕方式缠绕一层，最外一层的键合丝本体也采用平绕方式进行缠绕。采用平绕时缠绕在线轴2的外圆周壁上属于同层的相邻两圈键合丝本体沿线轴2的轴向距离d相当于键合丝本体的直径，平绕方式为行业内现有技术，故不再详细叙述。
