Abstract

本发明涉及一种焊丝,尤其是一种防护型药芯焊丝。该焊丝包括铠钢层和药芯层,铠钢层内包裹有药芯层,铠钢层外设有一层防护层,防护层为无机硅胶层,该焊丝很好的保护了铠钢层不受潮湿影响,避免了表面生锈,提高了送丝性,并且能起到一定散热作用,节约了成本,提高了功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种焊丝,尤其是一种防护型药芯焊丝。
背景技术
药芯焊丝主要是应用于不锈钢等材料的焊接,其优点主要体现在:焊接过程更加连续,而且可以实现自动焊接,从而减少了焊接接头,极大的提高了生产效率,是手工电弧焊的3-4倍,焊接质量好,节约能源,降低了综合生产成本,药芯焊丝不存在发热和发红现象,且飞溅极小,焊接光亮呈银白色,焊接后一般不需要酸洗、打磨和抛光,而且药芯焊丝中的药粉都是经过高温烘焙,水分极少,焊接之前不需要烘干,气孔敏感性较低,但是普通的药芯焊丝是由铠钢包裹药粉,经轧制、拔制而成,在储存过程中,其铠钢表面容易潮湿、生锈,焊接使用时送丝性差。
发明内容
为了克服现有的焊丝铠钢表面容易生锈的不足,本发明提供了一种防护型药芯焊丝。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防护型药芯焊丝,包括铠钢层和药芯层,铠钢层内包裹有药芯层,铠钢层外设有一层防护层。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括防护层为无机硅胶层。
本发明的有益效果是,该焊丝很好的保护了铠钢层不受潮湿影响,避免了表面生锈,提高了送丝性,并且能起到一定散热作用,节约了成本,提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是一种防护型药芯焊丝的结构示意图,一种防护型药芯焊丝,包括铠钢层1和药芯层2,铠钢层1内包裹有药芯层2,铠钢层1外设有一层防护层3,防护层3为无机硅胶层。
在药芯焊丝的铠钢层1上多加设一层防护层3,而防护层则是无机硅胶层,利用无机硅胶层的特性能够很好的使铠钢层保持干燥,该焊丝很好的保护了铠钢层不受潮湿影响,避免了表面生锈,提高了送丝性,并且能起到一定散热作用,节约了成本,提高了功效。

1. 一种防护型药芯焊丝,包括铠钢层(1)和药芯层(2),铠钢层(1)内包裹有药芯层(2),其特征是,铠钢层(1)外设有一层防护层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防护型药芯焊丝,其特征是,防护层(3)为无机硅胶层。
