为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种转动路灯杆，包括下部杆和上部杆，所述下部杆上端设有开口向上的圆形凹槽且上端外部设有圆盘，上部杆的下端插在凹槽中且下端外部设有一固定罩，圆盘与固定罩之间通过螺钉和螺母固定。
与现有技术相比，该实用新型带来的有益效果为：这种路灯杆可以转动，方便维修，将路灯杆上部的横杆转动到路边之后再进行维修，不会给道路通行带来不便，结构简单新颖，易于推广。
