本实用新型涉及一种柱塞阀的双重密封结构,其主要采用在阀体的阀座孔中安装下密封圈,下密封圈上依次安装隔环、上密封圈、阀盖,柱塞安装在阀体的中心位置,特征是:所述阀体的阀座孔底面的中心位置设有一个阀座孔底面的锥面,所述柱塞的圆柱底部相应设有一个与阀座孔底面的锥面相同锥度的圆柱底部的锥面,所述柱塞的圆柱面与下密封圈的内表面形成一个过盈密封副,柱塞的圆柱底部的锥面与阀体阀座底面中心处的阀座孔底面的锥面形成另一个密封副。本实用新型结构简单、紧凑、合理,圆柱面密封副是软密封,密封性极好,而锥密封副是硬密封,当软密封失效时,硬密封起主要密封作用。此种双重密封结构能大大增加阀门的密封寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种柱塞阀的双重密封结构,具体的说是用于柱塞阀的一种密封结构形式,属于机械结构技术领域。
背景技术
在已有技术中,柱塞阀一般都是由圆柱形柱塞与密封圈形成的密封副来达到密封的目的。由于密封圈都由弹性非金属材料制成,硬度低,密封面在某些介质中容易擦伤,使密封失效。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种柱塞阀双重密封结构,该密封结构能大大增加阀门的密封性能,延长柱塞阀的密封寿命。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案,柱塞阀的双重密封结构包括阀体、下密封圈、上密封圈、隔环、阀盖及柱塞,所述阀体的阀座孔中安装下密封圈,下密封圈上依次安装隔环、上密封圈、阀盖,柱塞安装在阀体的中心位置,特征是:所述阀体的阀座孔底面的中心位置设有一个阀座孔底面的锥面,所述柱塞的圆柱底部相应设有一个与阀座孔底面的锥面相同锥度的圆柱底部的锥面,所述柱塞的圆柱面与下密封圈的内表面形成一个过盈密封副,柱塞的圆柱底部的锥面与阀体阀座底面中心处的阀座孔底面的锥面形成另一个密封副。
所述隔环的侧面开设若干个通孔。所述柱塞的圆柱面与上密封圈的内表面形成密封副,起到阻止介质向阀盖处泄漏的作用。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本实用新型结构简单、紧凑、合理,圆柱面密封副是软密封,密封性极好,而锥密封副是硬密封,当软密封失效时,硬密封起主要密封作用。此种双重密封结构能大大增加阀门的密封寿命。

下面本实用新型将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1所示:本实用新型包括阀体1、下密封圈2、上密封圈3、隔环4、阀盖5、柱塞6等。本实用新型的阀体1的阀座孔中安装下密封圈2,密封圈2上依次安装隔环4、上密封圈3、阀盖5,柱塞6安装在阀体1的中心位置。所述阀体1的阀座孔底面的中心位置设有一个阀座孔底面的锥面1-1,所述柱塞6的圆柱底部相应设有一个与阀座孔底面的锥面1-1相同锥度的圆柱底部的锥面6-2。所述柱塞6的圆柱面6-1与下密封圈2的内表面2-1形成一个过盈密封副,柱塞6的圆柱底部的锥面6-2与阀体1阀座底面中心处的阀座孔底面的锥面1-1形成另一个密封副,隔环4的侧面开设若干个通孔4-1。
本实用新型的工作原理及过程:
如图1所示,本实用新型处于关闭状态,此时柱塞6的圆柱面6-1与下密封圈2的内表面2-1形成的密封副和柱塞圆柱底部的锥面6-2与阀体的阀座孔底面的锥面1-1形成的密封副同时起密封作用,柱塞6在驱动装置作用下向K向移动时,当柱塞圆柱面底部开始超过隔环4的通孔4-1的底端时,阀门处于开启状态,柱塞圆柱面底部到达通孔4-1上端时,阀门完全开启,此时介质从进口J流经通孔4-1到出口C的流量最大,柱塞6的圆柱面6-1与上密封圈3的内表面3-1形成的密封副起到阻止介质向阀盖5处泄漏的作用。在不断的启闭过程中,柱塞6与下密封圈2会不断的脱离和接触,而且密封圈是弹性非金属材料制成,密封性由过盈量决定,故下密封圈2的内表面(密封面)很容易擦伤,使密封失效,此时阀门关闭时的密封主要由锥面密封副来保证,从而提高阀门的密封寿命。

1.一种柱塞阀的双重密封结构,包括阀体(1)、下密封圈(2)、上密封圈(3)、隔环(4)、阀盖(5)及柱塞(6),所述阀体(1)的阀座孔中安装下密封圈(2),下密封圈(2)上依次安装隔环(4)、上密封圈(3)、阀盖(5),柱塞(6)安装在阀体(1)的中心位置,其特征是:所述阀体(1)的阀座孔底面的中心位置设有一个阀座孔底面的锥面(1-1),所述柱塞(6)的圆柱底部相应设有一个与阀座孔底面的锥面(1-1)相同锥度的圆柱底部的锥面(6-2),所述柱塞(6)的圆柱面(6-1)与下密封圈(2)的内表面(2-1)形成一个过盈密封副,柱塞(6)的圆柱底部的锥面(6-2)与阀体1阀座底面中心处的阀座孔底面的锥面(1-1)形成一个密封副。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柱塞阀的双重密封结构,其特征在于所述的隔环(4)的侧面开设若干个通孔(4-1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柱塞阀的双重密封结构,其特征在于所述的柱塞(6)的圆柱面(6-1)与上密封圈(3)的内表面(3-1)形成密封副。
