Abstract

一种控制流体通断的装置,主要由开关把手、内管、外管、入流口、上部密封圈、下部密封圈、底座、内管锥口、内管密封面、内管导向片、出流口等构成,关闭时按下开关把手,内管密封面插入下部密封圈中,使装置处于断流关闭状态,开启时上拉开关把手,内管密封面与下部密封圈脱离,流体由出流口流出。

本发明涉及管道系统中接通或截断管路中流体的阀门装置。 
背景技术
公知的控制流体通断的阀门,在结构上主要有截门形、闸门形、蝶形、旋塞和球形,如截止阀、闸阀、蝶阀、旋塞阀、球阀等。 
现有的阀门均采取阀门直接封堵入流口的方式,造成封堵压力增大或过流面积减小,如:截门阀和闸门形阀的驱动力矩大,必须用螺杆控制阀门开启关闭,开启关闭时间长;截门形阀和蝶形阀的过流面积缩小,流体动能损失大;球阀加工精度高,造价昂贵,如管道内有杂质,容易被杂质堵塞,导致阀门无法打开。 
发明内容
为了克服公知阀门的不足,本发明提供一种操作控制力矩小,流体动能损失小,适合各种流体通断控制的装置。 
本发明所采用的技术方案是:该装置由开关把手、内管、外管、入流口、下部密封圈、底座、内管锥口、内管密封面、内管导向片、上部密封圈、出流口等组成,内管可在外管中水平旋转和上下移动,内管既是流道又是阀门,断流时内管不直接封堵入流口,利用内管密封面和底座上的下部密封圈实现对流体的通断控制,按下开关把手,内管下移,在内管导向片的引导下,内管锥形口对准下部密封圈的内径,内管锥形口端部的外径小于下部密封圈的内径,继续按压开关把手,内管锥形口插到底座时,内管密封面插入下部密封圈中,形成密封,使装置处于断流关闭状态,和内管连通的出流口与外部大气相通,内管受管道内部压力影响甚微,下压关闭时用力很小,上拉开关把手,内管上移,内管密封面与下部密封圈脱离,流体经入流口流入内管,由出流口流出,底座为可拆卸的壳体,可以容纳流体中的沉淀物。 
本发明的有益效果是;利用内管密封面和底座上的下部密封圈实现对流体的通断控制,内管既是流道又是阀门,断流时内管不直接封堵入流口,通断控制力矩小,结构简单,外管和内管的直径差小,流体的动能损失小。

具体实施方式
在图1中,关闭过程:向下按压开关把手(1),内管(2)沿着外管(9)的内壁向下运动,在内管导向片(8)的引导下,内管锥形口(6)对准下部密封圈(4)的内径,当内管锥形口(6)插到底座(5)时,内管密封面(7)插入下部密封圈(4)中,流体无法由入流口(3)流入内管(2)中,流体被断开,装置形成关闭状态,上部密封圈(10)处于内管(2)和外管(9)之间,避免流体由内管(2)和外管(9)之间渗出。 
开启过程:向上提拔开关把手(1),内管(2)向上运动,内管密封面(7)与下部密封圈(4)脱离,流体由入流口(3)进入内管(2),经出流口(11)流出。 
若底座(5)中沉积物较多时,随时拆卸清洗。

1.一种控制流体通断的装置,主要由开关把手、内管、外管、入流口、上部密封圈、下部密封圈、底座、内管锥口、内管密封面、内管导向片、出流口等构成,其特征是:利用内管密封面和底座上的下部密封圈实现对流体的通断控制。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种控制流体通断的装置,其特征是:内管既是流道又是阀门,断流时内管不直接封堵入流口。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种控制流体通断的装置,其特征是:在内管导向片的引导下,内管锥形口对准下部密封圈的内径。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种控制流体通断的装置,其特征是:内管锥形口端部的外径小于下部密封圈的内径。
