采用塑料吹瓶机生产塑料中空容器,如矿泉水瓶、油瓶等,在拉吹成型前,要先对塑料瓶胚加热,所以需要加热器,塑料瓶胚从上胚机构进入加热器的方式有多种,其中一种是通过固定进胚板和进胚星轮配合进胚。为了保证塑料瓶胚顺利地加载进入加热器中,固定进胚板与进胚星轮的上平面保持一致很关键,偏差一般不能超过0.05mm。但是,由于固定进胚板与进胚星轮都是由几个零件组装叠加起来,那么公差很难控制在要求范围内。

本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单,安装方便,通过调节定位柱高低实现对进胚固定板调节,使进胚固定板与进胚星轮的上平面保持一致的塑料吹瓶机进胚固定板微调装置。
