技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电容补偿装置结构，尤其一种散热效果较好的网格式电容补偿装置柜。
背景技术
电容补偿装置广泛用于提高电力用户用电的功率因数，防止大量无功功率的远距离传送，降低线路的损耗，是电力输配电网中必不可少电气设备。目前，在现有技术中，用于室内布置的电容补偿装置常规有两种安装结构：一种是将电容器置于钣金结构构成的柜体内；一种是将电容器装于钢结构构成的框架上。对于框架式电容无功补偿装置，由于电容器及带电导体完全裸露，虽可以将设备运行时产生的热量及时散发，但为防止意外触电则需另增设网栏等防护设备，且不具备防灰尘功能，增加现场的维护工作量；对于钣金结构构成的柜式电容无功补偿装置，为保护检修人员、动物与密闭设备的意外接触，常规将柜体的防护等级设计为IP20或IP23，柜体采用封闭或在柜门上开百叶窗。但对于电容补偿装置这种工作时发热量较大的电气设备，所要求的柜体结构的体积比较大，传统的柜体结构散热效果差，当装置长时间运行所产生的热量不能有效的散发时，则引起柜内温度升高，影响柜内电容器的正常运行，甚至于过热损坏。
中国专利局于2010年7月14日公告了一份CN 201528126U号专利，名称为一种低压电容补偿柜，包括由若干支架组成的支架体，左、右两侧架体上从上至下每相隔一定距离分别安装若干横梁，所述支架体的后侧架体上设有芯板，所述芯板上设有与进线刀熔连接的折弯铜排，所述芯板抽屉式模块上安装有一定容量的电容器、电抗器、接触器或晶闸管投切模块、垂直母排、熔断器，模块与模块之间通过专用母线连接夹进行连接。但是该补偿柜是开放式结构，不具备防灰尘功能，增加现场的维护工作量。
发明内容
本实用新型解决了现有技术中电容器外壳为柜体结构，运输不便，安装不便的缺点，提供一种组装式结构，安装拆卸方便，运输方便的网格式电容补偿装置柜。
本实用新型解决了现有技术中柜体结构散热效果差，容易引起柜内温度升高，影响柜内电容器的正常运行，甚至于过热损坏的缺点，提供一种散热效果好，不会影响电容器正常运行的网格式电容补偿装置柜。
本实用新型还解决了现有技术中电容器外壳为封闭结构，电容器产生的热量不容易散发，影响电容器运行的缺点，提供一种带透气孔的外壳板组成，保持内部与外部空气对流，自动通风，有效解决设备散热的网格式电容补偿装置柜。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种网格式电容补偿装置柜，整体呈长方体，包括机架及面板，其特征在于机架与面板之间为可拆卸的拼装结构，面板包括外框及门板，门板的中间为带网格的平板，门板的周边为夹边，夹边夹住平板的边缘并固定，夹边与外框相连接。机架与面板为可拆卸拼装，方便安装与拆卸，便于运输，面板中间的平板带有网格，可以减轻面板的重量，网格使得装置柜内外的空气形成对流，自动通风散热，保证装置柜内部的温度适合电容器工作，如果在装置柜内部设置风扇可以提高散热的效果，平板与夹边采用夹持的方式连接固定，可以保护平板，防止撕裂，同时连接比较方便，通过夹边可以连接到外框上，这样平板的周边就形成包覆结构，不会产生毛刺，安全性较高。
作为优选，夹边呈直角结构，与平板连接的一侧直角边设有插槽，平板插入到插槽内并有螺栓固定。将平板的边缘弯曲比较麻烦，容易造成平板边缘撕裂，夹边呈直角，一直角边可以用来连接平板，另一直角边连接外框。
作为优选，外框为方管，方管的壁上设置有螺纹孔，夹边通过螺钉固定到外框上。外框与夹边的连接也可以采用焊接的方式，采用螺纹与螺钉配合，方便更换。
作为优选，面板分为固定式的面板和活动式的面板，固定式的面板与机架固定连接，活动式的面板与机架通过铰链相连接。面板的安装位置不同决定面板采用固定连接或者活动连接。
作为优选，固定式的面板包括侧面网格封板、后上网格封板和上顶封板，活动式的面板包括前左网格门板、前右网格门板、后左网格门板和后右网格门板。装置柜的正面和背面需要观察内部的设备运行状况，有时要打开以便维修等，因此采用活动连接，两侧满足通风散热即可，因此采用固定连接。
作为优选，前左网格门板与前右网格门板之间、后左网格门板与后右网格门板之间通过电磁锁锁紧。
作为优选，网格式电容补偿装置柜的正面的上侧部位为仪表室门板，仪表室门板上固定有显示屏。显示仪表安装在仪表室门板上，显示屏能显示内部设备运行的具体参数，方便监控。
作为优选，机架在两侧各自分成三层，每一层由组成机架的部件分隔，每一层都固定侧面网格封板。机架为多层框架结构，比较稳定。
本实用新型的有益效果是：面板为组装方式与机架连接，可分解，方便运输与拆装，能够降低运输成本，面板带有网格，方便柜体内部的电容补偿装置产生的热量散发，降低内部的温升，提高电容补偿装置的使用效率，延长电容补偿装置的使用寿命。

下面通过具体实施例，并结合附图，对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例：一种网格式电容补偿装置柜（参见附图1附图2附图3），整体呈长方体，包括机架1及面板，机架为方管拼接而成的框架式结构，面板根据不同的安装位置分为固定式的面板和活动式的面板，固定式的门板与机架采用螺栓固定连接，固定式的面板包括侧面网格封板5、后上网格封板8和上顶封板9，活动式的面板与机架采用铰链活动连接，活动式的面板包括前左网格门板2、前右网格门板3、后左网格门板6和后右网格门板7，前左网格门板与前右网格门板之间、后左网格门板与后右网格门板之间通过电磁锁锁紧，网格式电容补偿装置柜的正面的上侧部位为仪表室门板4，仪表室门板上固定有显示屏，机架在两侧各自分成三层，每一层由组成机架的部件分隔，每一层都固定侧面网格封板，面板包括外框11及门板（参见附图4附图5），门板的中间为带网格的平板10，门板的周边为夹边12，夹边呈直角结构，与平板连接的一侧直角边设有插槽13，平板插入到插槽内并有螺栓固定，外框为方管，方管的壁上设置有螺纹孔，夹边通过螺钉固定到外框上。
面板安装到机架上后形成长方体结构，内部安装电容器后，装置柜的内外空气可以形成对流，从而将电容器产生的热量散发，接触电磁锁可以打开装置柜正面的前左网格门板和前右网格门板，也可以打开装置柜背面的后左网格门板和后右网格门板，通过仪表室门板上的显示屏显示内部电容器的运行状况。
以上所述的实施例只是本实用新型的一种较佳方案，并非对本实用新型作任何形式上的限制，在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。

1. 一种网格式电容补偿装置柜，整体呈长方体，包括机架及面板，其特征在于机架与面板之间为可拆卸的拼装结构，面板包括外框及门板，门板的中间为带网格的平板，门板的周边为夹边，夹边夹住平板的边缘并固定，夹边与外框相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的网格式电容补偿装置柜，其特征在于夹边呈直角结构，与平板连接的一侧直角边设有插槽，平板插入到插槽内并有螺栓固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的网格式电容补偿装置柜，其特征在于外框为方管，方管的壁上设置有螺纹孔，夹边通过螺钉固定到外框上。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的网格式电容补偿装置柜，其特征在于面板分为固定式的面板和活动式的面板，固定式的面板与机架固定连接，活动式的面板与机架通过铰链相连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的网格式电容补偿装置柜，其特征在于固定式的面板包括侧面网格封板、后上网格封板和上顶封板，活动式的面板包括前左网格门板、前右网格门板、后左网格门板和后右网格门板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的网格式电容补偿装置柜，其特征在于前左网格门板与前右网格门板之间、后左网格门板与后右网格门板之间通过电磁锁锁紧。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的网格式电容补偿装置柜，其特征在于网格式电容补偿装置柜的正面的上侧部位为仪表室门板，仪表室门板上固定有显示屏。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的网格式电容补偿装置柜，其特征在于机架在两侧各自分成三层，每一层由组成机架的部件分隔，每一层都固定侧面网格封板。
