通常蓄电池使用在干燥、无污染的良好环境。随着太阳能光能的广为应用,蓄电池作为照明用具有电能储备产品,因安装需要,储能蓄电池常被埋于地下,处在湿度大、易受腐蚀的恶劣环境,而原先的接线端子(即极柱)裸露在电池外部,就不能适应这种工作环境。

本实用新型目的在于设计一种不怕潮湿、抗腐蚀的一种蓄电池。
本实用新型包括设有电池槽的盒体、配合在盒体上端的上盖,上盖上顶部开设通孔,在电池槽内布置的极板,极板的上端连接极柱,极柱通过密封圈和底胶支撑在上盖的通孔内,极柱的上端连接导线,所述导线的另一端设置在上盖的通孔外端,导线与上盖之间设置绝缘胶层。
本实用新型与原来的产品结构相比,接线方式有所改变,原来采用的接线端子直接裸露在外界,现在采用端子连接线密封在电池内部,只留有导线与外部设备连接。本实用新型适合应用于易受潮、易腐蚀的恶劣环境,且受外界温度影响小。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,盒体1内设有电池槽2,上盖3配合在盒体1的上端,上盖3上顶部开设通孔4。在电池槽2内布置若干块极板5,极板5的上端连接极柱6。
极柱6通过密封圈7和底胶8支撑在上盖3的通孔4内,极柱6的上端连接导线10,导线10的另一端设置在上盖3的通孔4外端,导线10与上盖3之间设置绝缘胶层9。

1.一种蓄电池,包括设有电池槽的盒体、配合在盒体上端的上盖,上盖上顶部开设通孔,在电池槽内布置的极板,极板的上端连接极柱,极柱通过密封圈和底胶支撑在上盖的通孔内,其特征在于极柱的上端连接导线,所述导线的另一端设置在上盖的通孔外端,导线与上盖之间设置绝缘胶层。
