本实用新型属于一种导线,尤其涉及一种新型材料制成的导线。
背景技术
现有的导线都是由导电性能较好的金属制成,例如银、铜、铝,稍好一点的会用到金、铂。这种材料不仅自身密度大,造成自重过大,并且贵重金属成本高,从而容易导致被盗等情况的发生,而且导线抗拉伸强度较低且不柔软。
风吹向因覆冰而变为非圆形断面的输电导线时,在一定条件下,风对导线的气动力作用将会诱发导线产生一种低频、大振幅的自激振动,这种振动属于驰振,而输电导线的驰振通常也称为舞动。由于舞动的产生与发展过程十分复杂.其中不仅涉及许多系统与外界作用参数.而且还包含许多随机因素,因此.给研究工作带来一定困难。根据不同的线路防舞途径。可将线路防舞措施归纳为避舞、抗舞和抑舞3种。一般应优先采用避舞、抗舞措施.无法实施或效果不佳时可采用抑舞措施。抗舞措施是在不破坏舞动条件前提下.通过提高线路的电气和机械强度来抵抗导线舞动,使线路设备能在导线舞动时不被破坏并保持安全运行。现有做法包括合理选用金具,例如采用防松螺帽、滚动线夹.合理确定线间距离等措施。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种导电性能良好且成本低、抗拉伸能力强的导线。
为了解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:一种防舞动碳纤维导线,包括内芯和外皮,所述的内芯为若干根导电碳纤维平行排列或者互相编织而成的导电碳纤维束,内芯外侧包裹有外皮,外皮为绝缘层。
所述的绝缘层为涤纶或者丙纶或芳纶制成的。
所述的绝缘层为PVC制成的。
本实用新型采用导电碳纤维代替金属材料,抗拉伸能力强且非常柔软;同时弹性模量高,热胀冷缩变形小,受温度影响较小;制造成本相对于贵金属材料来说很低;机械强度高,有效地达到了防舞动的效果,且如果配合现有的抗舞配件使用效果更佳。
