本实用新型涉及一种阀门,具体地说是一种用于水库的套式阀门。
背景技术
现有的水库阀门,开启费力,容易损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计出一种套式阀门。
本实用新型要解决的是现有水库阀门,开启费力,容易损坏的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
本实用新型包括阀体和阀芯,阀芯设于阀体内。阀体包括前阀体和后阀体,后阀
体内侧设有液腔,阀芯外壁设有液腔阻隔环,阀芯的液腔阻隔环位于后阀体的液腔内且把液腔分隔成开阀液腔和闭阀液腔;在后阀体上设有至少一个开阀进液孔和至少一个闭阀进液孔,开阀进液孔和开阀液腔连通,闭阀进液孔和闭阀液腔连通。
本实用新型的优点是:开启简单省力,使用时间长,特别适合于水库中使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图所示,本实用新型包括阀体和阀芯2,阀芯2设于阀体内。阀体包括前阀体1和后阀体3,后阀体3内侧设有液腔,阀芯2外壁设有液腔阻隔环10,阀芯2的液腔阻隔环10位于后阀体3的液腔内且把液腔分隔成开阀液腔9和闭阀液腔11。在后阀体3上设有至少一个开阀进液孔和至少一个闭阀进液孔。本实施例的开阀进液孔为二个,分别为开阀进液孔A和开阀进液孔B,开阀进液孔A、开阀进液孔B和开阀液腔9连通。本实施例的闭阀进液孔为二个,分别为闭阀进液孔C和闭阀进液孔D,闭阀进液孔C、闭阀进液孔D和闭阀液腔11连通。在开阀进液孔A和B上外接加液装置后,可实现向开阀液腔9中加压注液。同样地,在闭阀进液孔C和D上外接加液装置后,可实现向闭阀液腔11加压注液。
前阀体1上设有流体入口6和密封罩体7,密封罩体7的内侧设有密封面8。密封罩体7为锥形密封罩体。
后阀体3上设有第一法兰4和第二法兰5。阀芯2为活塞式阀芯。
本实施例的开阀进液孔可以为一个,同样地闭阀进液孔也可以为一个。
本实用新型的工作原理为:
本实用新型工作时,通过阀芯2左端与前阀体1密封面8结合来实现密封,从而阻断上游流体从流体入口6进入阀芯2中间的通道12,此时阀门关闭。要开启时,外接加液装置后,通过后阀体3上的开阀进液孔A或/和B向开阀液腔9中加压注液,活塞式阀芯2受开阀液腔9内液体压力的推动而向右运动,使阀芯2与前阀体密封面8的密封失效,阀门被打开,上游流体从流体入口6进入阀芯2中间的通道12,而后流向下游。通过控制开阀液腔9内的液量可控制阀芯2开启的位置,从而实现通过阀门控制液体流量的目的。
若要关闭阀门,外接加液装置后,通过闭阀进液孔C或/和D向闭阀液腔内11加压注液,推动阀芯2向左运动,并最终顶住前阀体1的密封面8,实现密封,阀门被关闭。

1.一种套式阀门,包括阀体和阀芯,阀芯设于阀体内,其特征在于阀体包括前阀体和后阀体,后阀体内侧设有液腔,阀芯外壁设有液腔阻隔环,阀芯的液腔阻隔环位于后阀体的液腔内且把液腔分隔成开阀液腔和闭阀液腔;在后阀体上设有至少一个开阀进液孔和至少一个闭阀进液孔,开阀进液孔和开阀液腔连通,闭阀进液孔和闭阀液腔连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的套式阀门,其特征在于开阀进液孔为二个,分别为开阀进液孔A和开阀进液孔B。
3.根据权利要求1所述的套式阀门,其特征在于闭阀进液孔为二个,分别为闭阀进液孔C和闭阀进液孔D。
4.根据权利要求1所述的套式阀门,其特征在于前阀体上设有流体入口和密封罩体,密封罩体的内侧设有密封面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的套式阀门,其特征在于密封罩体为锥形密封罩体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的套式阀门,其特征在于后阀体上设有第一法兰和第二法兰。
7.根据权利要求1所述的套式阀门,其特征在于阀芯为活塞式阀芯。
