背景技术
众所周知,散热带表面开百叶窗可有效强化换热。已知的汽车散热器散热带仅仅通过开窗角度控制空气扰流;传统的汽车散热器散热带开窗角度18°~22°;已知的ZL200820238265一种百叶窗式散热带,散热带开窗角度采用29°~31°;这种仅仅通过开窗角度控制空气扰流,扰流不充分,并不能充分破除散热带表面附面层。
发明内容
本实用新型公开了一种散热带,以解决现有技术中扰流不充分,散热带表面附面层破除不充分等问题。
本实用新型散热带整体呈波浪形,散热带表面两端对称冲制上斜或下斜百叶窗,其特征在于百叶窗开缝在长度方向上凸凹起伏。
百叶窗每个窗开缝在长度方向上凸凹起伏数为3~6个;凸凹起伏形状为折线形或正弦曲线形或凸圆弧形与凹圆弧形平滑连续曲线。
本实用新型散热带百叶窗开窗角度为23°~28°
本实用新型优点是:在散热带开窗上采用扰流结构,强化换热;充分破除散热带表面附面层,有效提高传热系数。
