背景技术
现有技术的耐火材料生产线,要采用煤气加热炉生产蒸汽用于养护产品,为了保证蒸汽满足供应生产过程中使用,通常要有一定的蒸汽余量,因此煤气炉的生产能力与蒸汽包内的蒸汽容量均有较大剩余。这些剩余一般都要排入大气,造成很大浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种煤气炉蒸汽包余热利用系统,解决耐火材料生产企业蒸汽浪费的问题。
本实用新型的一种煤气炉蒸汽包余热利用系统,包括蒸汽包,在蒸汽包上有排气阀,其特征是在蒸汽包的下部设置一个余热管,余热管的末端连接蒸馏水生产室、熏蒸室和采暖设备。
本实用新型的煤气炉蒸汽包余热利用系统,将蒸汽包剩余蒸汽用于采暖、蒸汽熏蒸室和蒸馏水生产,节约了能源,降低了生产成本。

参照图1,本实用新型的煤气炉蒸汽包余热利用系统包括蒸汽包2,在蒸汽包上有用于排除废汽的排气阀1及管道。在蒸汽包2的下部设置有余热管6及 余热阀7,余热管6的末端连接有蒸馏水生产室3,熏蒸室4和采暖设备5。
由于煤气炉生产的蒸汽每天均有剩余,打开余热阀7,将该剩余蒸汽经余热管6导入末端连接的蒸馏水生产室3和熏蒸室4,冬季还可同时导入采暖设备5为办公或住宅供暖。所述的蒸汽包内储存的是带压蒸汽,因此,不需采用任何加压设备即可使用。
