本实用新型涉及阀门控制技术领域，具体地说是一种电动直通调节阀的电动控制装置。
背景技术
电动直通调节阀生产过程自动调节系统中的重要环节之一,该电动调节阀以电源为动力接受统一的标准信号0-10或4-2mADC，将此转为输入信号相对应的上下位移，自动地操纵阀门，改变阀门的开启程度，从而达到对工业介质流量、压力、温度和液压等参数的自动调节,因而电动直通单座调节阀广泛应用于化工、石油、冶金、电站和轻纺等工业生产过程的自动调节和远程控制。然而，经过长时间的运行，电动直通调节阀的电机温度往往会过高，进而损坏伺服电机，影响调节阀的运作。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，在伺服电机上增设温度传感器，从而实现对电机温度的报警功能，解决了伺服电机易损坏的问题。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型设计一种电动直通调节阀的电动控制装置，包括信号采集模块、控制单元、伺服电机、传动机构、位移传感器、温度传感器和报警模块，其特征在于：信号采集模块输出端依次连接控制单元、伺服电机、传动机构、位移传感器的输入端，位移传感器的输出端再连接信号采集模块的输入端，温度传感器装于所述伺服电机的定子绕组内，所述温度传感器的输出端连接温度报警模块。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，对伺服电机增设了温度传感器，并连接温度报警装置，能够在温度过高的情况及时报警提醒，有效防止了伺服电机的损毁，保证了阀门的正常运作。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
电动直通调节阀的电动控制装置中的信号采集模块输出端依次连接控制单元、伺服电机、传动机构、位移传感器的输入端，位移传感器的输出端再连接信号采集模块的输入端，从而控制所连接阀杆进行运动，其中的伺服电机的定子绕组内装温度传感器，温度传感器的输出端连接温度报警装置，当温度传感器感应到伺服电机温度过高时，温度传感器会向温度报警装置发出信号，从而使温度报警装置报警，此时设于温度报警装置上的红色提示灯会闪烁，以此提醒操作者，避免对伺服电机造成损坏，从而影响阀门的工作。

1.一种电动直通调节阀的电动控制装置，包括信号采集模块、控制单元、伺服电机、传动机构、位移传感器、温度传感器和报警模块，其特征在于：信号采集模块输出端依次连接控制单元、伺服电机、传动机构、位移传感器的输入端，位移传感器的输出端再连接信号采集模块的输入端，温度传感器装于所述伺服电机的定子绕组内，所述温度传感器的输出端连接温度报警模块。
