背景技术
煤矿井下发生矿难事故时，巷道内会产生较高的气压，使置于巷道内的救生舱舱门内外产生较大的压差，具体是舱门外的气压较大，无法向外打开舱门或舱门不易打开。延误避难人员进入救生舱的时间，将会增加遇难人员的伤亡。延误求援人员进入救生舱的时间，也会增加遇难人员的伤亡。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种矿用可移动式硬体救生舱的空气锁装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它是由高压气瓶、机械弹簧阀和舱门的气动合页通过管线依次连接构成。高压气瓶始终处于开启状态，机械弹簧阀根据该阀的两端压差实现开通或闭合，当舱门处于关闭静止时，气动合页、进而机械弹簧阀处于平衡状态，机械弹簧阀处于关闭状态；当舱门在高气压状态被强制开启时，舱门的气动合页平衡被打破，气压降低，机械弹簧阀的两端出现较大的压力差，机械弹簧阀打开，高压气瓶的高压气体释放，使舱门在高压气体的冲击下将舱门打开。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：它能在紧急状态下及时将救生舱舱门打开，使避难人员和求援人员能及时进入救生舱，减少损失。
