本实用新型的有益效果,节能高效还原海绵铁隧道窑,所述的窑体包括冷却预热段和加热还原段,它利用冷却段的余热对需要预热的物质进行预热,需要预热的物质从导轨Ⅱ进来,走到加热还原段进行加热还原,然后通过导轨Ⅳ送到导轨Ⅰ和导轨Ⅲ上,到达冷却预热段进行冷却,冷却的物质散发的热量正好用来对需要预热的物质进行预热,节省了大量能源,提高了生产效率;因为冷却预热均在窑体内进行,不需要在窑体外再设置导轨进行冷却,所以它占地面积小。
