随着煤气发生炉在各大行业普及,用户的要求也在不断提高,直径大、产气量大的炉型也已成为煤气炉行业的开发方向,原来最大φ3.2m单段式煤气发生炉已不能满足现有客户的需求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种大直径单段式煤气发生炉,通过加大炉膛直径,改善布煤、炉栅布风,提高煤气炉的产气量,本炉型运行稳定、可靠,构造先进,合理,节能、环保,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
本实用新型具体采用如下技术方案:
一种大直径单段式煤气发生炉,包括炉膛,所述炉膛中设有布风装置,其特征是,所述布风装置为多层偏心炉栅布风装置。
优选为六层偏心炉栅布风装置。
所述炉膛的上部还设有伞形滑道布煤器。
所述炉膛直径优选为3.4米。

如图1所示,一种大直径单段式煤气发生炉,包括炉膛3,炉膛3上部设有伞形滑道布煤器2,伞形滑道布煤器2与加煤箱1连接;炉膛3内设有六层偏心炉栅布风装置4,六层偏心炉栅布风装置4与鼓风装置5连接,炉膛3的直径为3.4米。
煤从加煤箱1加入经伞形滑道布煤器2将煤均匀的散落到炉膛3内,六层偏心炉栅布风装置4将来自鼓风装置5的风均匀的吹向煤层,煤在气化作用下产生合格煤气。

3.根据权利要求1所述的大直径单段式煤气发生炉,其特征是,所述炉膛的上部还设有伞形滑道布煤器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大直径单段式煤气发生炉,其特征是,所述炉膛直径为3.4米。
