本实用新型公开了一种液化天然气冷板冷藏车,旨在提供一种能够利用液化天然气汽化释放出的冷能给冷藏车的冷冻系统供冷的,并且具有蓄冷功能的冷藏车。包括安装在冷藏车厢内部的冷板、安装在车下的液化天然气储液罐、控制阀、电加热器;液化天然气储液罐的出口通过控制阀与冷板中换热盘管的进口连接,冷板中换热盘管的出口通过电加热器与冷藏车发动机的天然气进口连接。本实用新型的液化天然气冷板冷藏车利用冷板来回收和储存液化天然气冷藏车中液化天然气在由汽化至常态过程中释放出的冷能,并且用于冷藏车制冷,而且具有蓄冷功能置。由于采用冷板装置,避免了利用液化天然气的潜热或显热直接进行换热造成的空气中水蒸汽、CO2等气体的冻结。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种液化天然气冷板冷藏车,更具体的说,是涉及一种利用冷板来回收和储存液化天然气冷藏车中液化天然气在由汽化至常态过程中释放出的冷能,并且用于冷藏车制冷,而且具有蓄冷功能的冷藏车。
背景技术
目前,使用低温燃料液化天然气的冷藏车能够减少对大气环境的污染。在液化天然气冷藏车的使用过程中,低温燃料液化天然气复温过程释放大量的冷量,目前,液化天然气冷藏车冷能回收系统过于复杂,成本过高,在实际应用中很少被采用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种能够利用冷板来回收液化天然气汽化释放出大量的冷能,并且给冷藏车的冷冻系统供冷,以满足节能、环保要求,而且具有蓄冷功能的冷藏车。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现:
一种液化天然气冷板冷藏车,其特征在于,包括安装在冷藏车厢内部的冷板、安装在车下的液化天然气储液罐、控制阀、电加热器;所述液化天然气储液罐的出口通过控制阀与所述冷板中换热盘管的进口连接,所述冷板中换热盘管的出口通过电加热器与冷藏车发动机的天然气进口连接。
本实用新型具有下述技术效果:
本实用新型的液化天然气冷板冷藏车利用冷板来回收和储存液化天然气冷藏车中液化天然气在由汽化至常态过程中释放出的冷能,并且用于冷藏车制冷,而且具有蓄冷功能置。由于采用冷板装置,避免了利用液化天然气的潜热或显热直接进行换热造成的空气中水蒸汽、CO2等气体的冻结。同时,克服了目前液化天然气冷藏车冷能回收系统过于复杂,成本过高的缺点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
本实用新型液化天然气冷板冷藏车示意图如图1所示,包括安装在冷藏车厢内部的冷板5、安装在车下的液化天然气储液罐4、控制阀3、电加热器2。所述液化天然气储液罐的出口通过控制阀3与所述冷板中换热盘管6的进口连接,所述冷板中换热盘管6的出口通过电加热器与冷藏车发动机1的天然气进口连接。
冷藏车运行时,液化天然气气化后产生的冷量储存在冷板中的共晶盐蓄冷材料中,随着运输时间的增加负荷增大时,冷板中的共晶盐放冷进行供冷,以维持车厢中的低温。

1.一种液化天然气冷板冷藏车,其特征在于,包括安装在冷藏车厢内部的冷板、安装在车下的液化天然气储液罐、控制阀、电加热器;所述液化天然气储液罐的出口通过控制阀与所述冷板中换热盘管的进口连接,所述冷板中换热盘管的出口通过电加热器与冷藏车发动机的天然气进口连接。
