拉紧式头发扎紧绳，在其发绳上安装有绳卡，在绳卡的外筒内，两端安装有卡柱，中间安装弹簧，外筒和卡柱上均开有通孔，通孔有上下两组，发绳从绳卡的上通孔穿入，从下通孔穿出，在发绳的端头装有堵头，发绳和绳卡分左右两组对称设置，两组发绳的中间部分分别用上下两个圆环活动套装在一起。
采用上述技术方案，只要将头发放置在两根发绳的绳套内，从两端拉紧发绳，绳卡会自动将发绳卡紧，这样头发就会被快速扎紧。
本实用新型中，如果发绳采用有弹性的绳子，扎紧的效果会更好。
