背景技术 在日常生活中，人们经常使用刮菜板来把各种蔬菜刮制成丝，用来拌制凉菜。但是现在的刮菜板只能在平面上使用，并且需要用手扶着才能固定，一旦手部发生松动，刮菜板便会滑动，从而影响刮丝效果，并且存在刮伤危险。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构合理、使用方便并且便于固定支撑的刮菜板。
本实用新型包括木板以及加工在木板空缺处的网孔刀具，木板厚度远大于网孔刀具厚度；在木板背面活动连接一块支撑板，在支撑板与木板连接处设有限位挡板，支撑板完全伸展时与木板成钝角。
在工作过程中，使用者需要把木板背面的活动支撑板拉开，使其与木板形成钝角，通过支撑板和木板这两点来支撑刀具，而限位挡板可避免支撑板角度过大。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：结构合理、方便实用、外形美观、工艺简单，便于固定，无需手扶，提供便捷条件。
