为了在塑料表面上印刷颜色丰富,造型美观的图案,塑料薄膜需在彩印机中经过多道上色印刷,在这个工程中,塑料薄膜表面上会产生大量的静电,当工人搬动成卷的塑料薄膜时,静电释放,容易使工人手部受伤疼痛。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种塑料薄膜表面静电消除装置,该装置不仅结构简单,制造成本低,而且可有效去除塑料薄膜表面的静电,防止静电伤手。
本实用新型的技术方案在于:一种塑料薄膜表面静电消除装置,其特征在于:包括底座,所述底座上设有下端穿出底座接地,上端向上延伸至塑料薄膜表面的静电传递杆,所述静电传递杆上端呈球状。

一种塑料薄膜表面静电消除装置,其特征在于:包括底座1,所述底座上设有下端2穿出底座接地,上端3向上延伸至塑料薄膜表面的静电传递杆4,所述静电传递杆上端呈球状。
使用时,只需将塑料薄膜表面静电消除装置放置于彩印机出料端下方,确保静电传递杆接地,同时静电传递杆上端与出料塑料薄膜接触,薄膜表面上的静电即可被静电传递杆疏导。
